Get away from it all with this beautiful cabin in Choctaw County, less than 25 miles from the campus of Mississippi State University.
This brand-new build features a master bedroom with a large private bathroom; an upstairs loft with queen bed, futon and full bath; a spacious great room; full galley-style kitchen; a covered wrap-around porch and a gorgeous westward-facing lake view.
The cabin is situated on 120 acres with trails perfect for hiking. The 17-acre lake is fully stocked and ready for your rod and reel.
The cabin is a high energy-efficient construction, powered with an off-grid solar array complete with backup generator.
This rental is perfect for football, baseball and basketball game weekends. Start your tailgate the night before on the porch, getting ready for an SEC series in StarkVegas.
NOTE: This rental maxes out at 6 adults. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed unless you have prior permission from the owners. If you are found to have hosted a party with more than 6 adults without permission, we will impose a $500 cleaning fee and notify VRBO that you have violated house rules.
There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the cabin at all and no smoking allowed on property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee and notification to VRBO of a house rules violation. Thanks for understanding.
There is high speed internet with YouTubeTV, plus several over the air channels and a video server with over 150 movies and TV shows ready to watch in HD. The cabin and area has good Verizon LTE service.

The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth. Every time we had a question or needed something, he responded quickly and with so much patience. The home was spotless, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for. You can tell he truly values hospitality. We felt safe, welcomed, and well taken care of the entire time. We came in for a game at Mississippi State and to visit our kids! This place is definitely a place to stay at longer than two nights! We definitely want to come back and hopefully stay longer. Beautiful property and lovely home!
