The gîte, OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND, nestles in a green setting, surrounded by fir trees, 1 km 300 from the main track at an altitude of 572 m with a view of the valley (59 m² with terrace).

The owner's house is 18 meters apart, separated by a lawn and a vegetable patch.

Private asphalt parking is reserved for customers WITH ACCESS FOR PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY.

Two bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm bed, a microwave / oven combination, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a TV with USB port, a sofa (2 places) + 2 armchairs + 2 poufs; a terrace (with garden furniture and offset parasol) and a fenced lawn area.

BE CAREFUL FROM NOVEMBER 1, 2019 WINTER TIRES ARE MANDATORY IN THE MOUNTAIN REGIONS OF FRANCE, INCLUDING VOSGES. "La route du Mourot" is salty from the first frost and plowed twice a day in the event of heavy snowfall. For winter and summer outing ideas, documentation is available.

A security deposit in the amount of € 150 will be requested upon arrival, and returned upon departure minus any damage.

Another 4% gite. in the same spirit is located upstairs (75 m ²) with the possibility of renting the whole for family or group holidays of 8 p.

The house has been completely redesigned, restored in 2016/2017 and has VMC, walk-in shower, a room for bikes or skis (locked) is available to customers. There is also a room for selective sorting (recycling: cartons - glass bottles and various packaging). Spring water is drinkable.

Animals are accepted (free).

Electric heating: Direct Energy rate: € 0.1616 / KWH (peak hours) and
€ 0.1281 / KWH (off-peak hours)

TOURIST TAX per person and per night € 1.10 (free for under 18s). PLEASE NOTE: The site takes the minimum, namely € 0.75 per night; but I am labeled 3 stars so you will be asked for a difference when you arrive.
