This magnificent stone house is located on a hill with its dominant 360 ° view, a few minutes from Lussac Saint-Emilion. Lots of space, in this calm and serene environment!
You will stay in the sumptuous mansion with an area of 500 m2 which can accommodate up to 15 people:

7 bedrooms, 5 shower rooms, 2 bathrooms.

In the heart of a 15-hectare park with pond and private forest, a 10-hectare vineyard, a 6m by 12m salt pool, a sauna, a gym / yoga room, a French billiard table, very good services for an unforgettable stay in the middle of a century-old vineyard.

5 minutes away: market, shops, press, tobacco, food, bakeries, supermarket, restaurants and other amenities (including a train station).

Thanks to the perfect location of the site (near Lussac and Puisseguin), you will be able to access in less than 20 minutes a multitude of activities: visit to various wine chateaux and wine tastings, golf, markets, swimming in rivers and lakes , canoeing, hiking. The wine castles of Petrus, Cheval Blanc, Pavie, Ausone and the medieval cities of Saint-Emilion and Libourne are also located within this perimeter.

40 minutes by train or car, come explore the magnificent city of Bordeaux, recognized as World Heritage by UNESCO.
At 1:30 to the West, access the beaches of Lacanau, Arcachon ... Come take an excursion to Cap Ferret or the Dune du Pyla ...

An amazing and well equipped villa in a beautiful location

We were 4 couples celebrating our 70s birthday and spent a week here. We concur with all the reviews, starting with how easy, friendly and helpful Emilie and Julien, the owners, are. The place is beautiful, well built and equipped for a very comfortable stay with attention to every detail. The grounds are beautiful too, a great pool and playroom which allow for a very relaxing vacation. It's located among beautiful grapevine fields and close to beautiful villages. We can't speak or recommend this place more highly and looking forward to coming back.

Gorgeous property

Perfect in every way! The exterior grounds are breathtaking and the home was perfect for a group celebration. Every bedroom had a private bath, along with another full bath off the pool area. All amenities were top of the line and the hosts most gracious. We could not have picked a better place for visiting St Emilion, Pomerol, and out to the Dordogne region of Sarlat, Le Rowue Gageac, Domme & the caves. 5 stars!

Spectacular property

Every aspect of our stay was amazing. Julien and Emilie are such lovely hosts, and the property is magnificent . The pictures do not even begin to capture the beauty of the home and surrounding vineyards. It was peaceful and serene, which was exactly what we wanted. For anyone who enjoys cooking, the kitchen is fabulous and very well appointed with cookware, glasses, and tableware. There was not one thing that we needed as Julien and Emilie have considered and provided every detail. The property is also very close to St Emilion and many other villages, and driving was wonderful in the countryside. If we could rate our experience more than 5 stars we would as it is most deserving. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing stay in a truly beautiful chateau!

The pictures do not do this beautiful chateau justice ! We travelled as a party of 17 (four families with a mixture of aged children) we had so much space to relax and enjoy the fantastic villa. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed visiting nearby Saint Emillion and Libourne and the local supermarket was extremely handy. The personal chefs Mayana and Matthew were excellent and provided beautiful food at a very affordable price our only regret was that we had only booked them for one night ! Patrick our charming concierge looked after us and was extremely attentive catering for our every need. We would thoroughly recommend this chateau for a large group, it is pure luxury set in a fabulous location.

Fantastic for a family gathering

My parents rented the property to get the whole family including grandchildren together for a week. The property could not be any better for a large get together. Beautiful rooms and fantastic outside areas. There are also three otters living in the lake which were delightful to watch. Communication with Patrick the property manager was great. Can’t fault anything.

Excellent luxury stay for our large group

This chateau had everything we needed for our group of kids and adults. Nicely done kitchen, beautiful views and a great pool. We hit the worst heat wave in history so a minor hiccup was lack of A/C but we just stayed in the pool all day. Thank you for a great vacation.

Beautiful house with private ensuite bathrooms for all.

We really enjoyed the stay with 6 couples (friends and family from US and Holland) in early July 2018. This area is beautiful for walks and biking and near to St Emilion and Pomerol. If you want a peaceful country estate for a large family gathering this is a great option.
