We stayed at Sands of Kahana at the beginning of July. When we walked in the front door, we could not believe the view immediately! Blue water everywhere! Absolutely gorgeous. We watched rainbows and sea turtles from our balcony everyday. The unit was very spacious - perfect for our family of 5! We love staying on the west side of the island. We were so close to other beaches like Napili and Kapalua Bays. Highly recommend!

We love Sands of Kahana. Our condo worked great for our family. The only comment I have is the condo was in some disrepair. There were holes patched on the drywall that had not been painted to match the wall color, broken face plates on electrical outlets, chipped paint on the shelving in the closets and the cabinets doors in the kitchen that didn’t always close. These were all cosmetic issues that did not detract from enjoying our stay.

Wonderful choice for views and activities

The views are awesome and the beach is steps away. The kiddie pool is the best I have ever seen. It is nice to have access to a restaurant and activities on site.

Wonderful property

The location and view cannot be beat. Friendly onsite staff with great communication. Unit is fully stocked and clean with tons of towels, blankets, pillows for the whole family. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Beautiful Ocean View

We have stayed multiple times at this resort. This has been one of the better rooms with great ocean views. Only wish the master bedroom had an ac unit as it got a little warm even with all the fans going.

This unit is as good as described. Great view from the living room and balcony. Very large unit with comfortable beds. Kitchen also large and fully equipped. Beach and pool just steps away. Nice restaurant near the pool. Grills available on the property as well. Highly recommend this unit. Everything went very smoothly!

Best location

The location was amazing! It was right on the beach with gorgeous views of the ocean. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked and we did have an issue with the faucets in the master bath not working; however, it was fixed within the first few days of our stay. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would gladly stay there again.

Gorgeous oceanfront location

Beautiful condo with stunning views and breathtaking sunsets. Not just of views of the ocean but down the shoreline also. Kitchen well equipped - loved the countertop ice machine!Unit is on the first floor which was convenient to parking.We especially appreciated the two ac units keeping us comfortable. Beaches are great for swimming.

Imagine sitting on your Lanai sipping your coffee and seeing a dozen whales frolicking in the waters off of West Maui. That’s what this property offers. It is nicely appointed, clean and close to many attractions and amenities. Can’t go wrong.

Amazing location

Great location. We read a past review about snorkeling with turtles and lo and behold on multiple occasions we were swimming with one. The condo was better than advertised. Beautiful view from the lanai. We grilled and walked to a coffee shop, markets and multiple restaurants.

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

Spacious, bright condo with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean for awesome sunsets. We also spotted whales breaching daily! The spacious living areas, well-equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer made for a fantastic week's stay. We snorkeled with sea turtles at the beach out front, and it was easy driving to several other great beaches. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful location! Amazing View!

The ocean view immediately in front of our balcony is perfect! This unit was perfect for our family of 5. It was bigger then the pictures look and comfortable and clean. We saw sea turtles one day while sitting on our balcony watching the sun set. Highly recommend!

Paradise

This is a beautifully maintained condo right on the water. We spent our two weeks listening to the ocean waves during the day and then lulling us to sleep. The condo has all the cooking & sleeping equipment you need along with a closet full of beach supplies. Within the resort is a restaurant called "The Beach House". Very handy & good food. We loved it there I know you will too!

Ocean Front

Spacious space with Ocean views. Master bedroom window opens to the sounds or the Maui waves. Loved the check-in through the check out process. Hosts are easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Condo & Views

This condo was great for our family of 5! We loved the balcony overlooking the ocean, the spacious living areas, and the well-stocked kitchen. The space was very clean and the decor was both beautiful and functional. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space we had. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Maui family vacation

The property manager was great and met the needs of our family size. The condo was more than perfect and online pictures didn’t do this place justice! We had everything we wanted to do at the tips of our fingers and found it hard to venture outside of our condo. Located on the beach with pools/hot tubs, tennis, basketball, mini golf and resort activities, everyone in our group never wanted to leave the resort...we even got to watch whales from the lanai!!! Again, we loved our stay and would love to come again.

Perfect family vacation

This home was spacious and had plenty of beds for us and our kids. It was nice to have the room to spread out at the end of the day when we were tired. The bathrooms were nice and had great water pressure. The kitchen was so handy to eat in and save a bit of money. The view was the best part though. Being right on the ocean’s edge you can hear the waves and watch the sunset right from the living area. It was perfection.
