Living room of 70 m2 with stone wall with television, very beautiful fireplace, mezzanine. Contemporary kitchen with central island with wifi TV. Located between 3 departments: Lot, Dordogne, Lot and Garonne. Monsempron Libos station at 5 kms and Agen Airport at 50 kms. Motorway 50 km from Agen or Cahors. Many tourist activities in the surroundings. Market every Sunday morning in Fumel and Thursday in Monsempron Libos. Chateau Fort de Bonaguil 5 kms away. Wine cellars in the Lot 3 kms away. Golf at St Martin le Redon at 3 km, horse riding at 800 m, Walibi at 50 km. Un superbe lieu de villégiature
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa de rêve. Les hôtes sont des gens adorables et très disponibles. La maison est sur équipée, nous n'avons absolument manqué de rien. C'est une villa où vous vous sentirez tout de suite comme chez vous !
