Tastefully renovated house in a quiet area on the edge of the Conquet ria comprising living room, fitted kitchen open to living room, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 WCs, enclosed tree-lined garden, wooden terrace , garden Lounge. View of the Conquet estuary and the pine wood. Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, TV, WIFI. Quick access on foot to the peninsula of Kermorvan and its beaches, to the port of Conquet. 5 minutes walk from shops. Departure of the GR34 at the foot of the house. From October to April, heating costs may be requested depending on electricity consumption.

Ein wundervolles Ferienhaus mit toller Lage

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus und einem sehr angenehmen Vermieter. Die Lage ist traumhaft und doch zentral gelegen.

Perfekter Ort, das Finistère zu erkunden

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt einfach perfekt. Von der Terrasse hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf La Ria und kann sich am Wechsel der Gezeiten satt sehen. Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Supermarkt, Restaurants und auch ein toller Strand sind in wenigen Minuten, der Phare de Kermorvan in ca 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es auch sonst viel zu entdecken. Die Delfine am Leuchtturm z.B. am besten ca. 2 Stunden nach der Flut. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr nett und herzlich. Französische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Wir werden bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.

Séjour au top

Nous avions décidé pour la première fois de louer une maison pour nos 10 jours en Bretagne, je peux dire que cette expérience est complètement réussie, le propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et privilégié avec une bouteille de cidre, des sablés bretons et un pot de confiture maison. Cette maison était nickel et agréable tant au niveau de sa situation géographique (proximité du centre ville et de la plage) que par la place pour 4personnes. Il ne manquait rien pour passer un séjour agréable et je retiendrais avant tout la gentillesse et la discrétion du propriétaire. Nous reviendrons sûrement au Conquet et nous choisirons cette charmante demeure. Merci Monsieur Podeur et a bientôt.

Haus mit schönem Ausblick

Das Haus liegt leicht erhöht mit schönem Ausblick auf den Hafen. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten über eine Fußgängerbrücke zu erreichen. Vorteilhaft ist auch, dass der Vermieter in einem kleinen Haus direkt mit auf dem Grundstück wohnt. So können Rückfragen direkt geklärt werden.
