This three bedroom home has so much to offer including an upper living room upon entry with beautiful hardwoods floors that flow into a separate dining room and kitchen, very modern kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, huge window overlooking backyard. Very spacious lower great room off the kitchen with large windows offering natural light and wood flooring with additional dining area. The laundry room off the great room is undergoing renovations but is very spacious with a washer and dryer, small refrigerator, iron and ironing board. The master bath has been completely updated and offers a walk-in tile shower. An additional full bath is offered with a shower/tub combo, double sink vanity, and ceramic tile floor which has been completely updated. The backyard oasis has several areas for entertaining, including a large back patio, grill, table and chairs, and fire pit. This house is only 3.5 miles from the entrance of the Masters and 3 miles from the Medical/Dental school.
