On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed with wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed with wardrobe, 1 bathroom with wc, A room of water and an independent toilet.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped. A comfortable lounge with armchairs, sofas, fireplace and large screen TV with TNT and an independent dining room.
You will be able to enjoy a large covered terrace (20 m 2) with summer kitchen equipped with a plancha with sight on the sea and the swimming pool surrounded by a terrace where you can install to relax in the sun. For the lovers of pétanque, a private ground is at your disposal.
