Great villa for six

Sebastian was an excellent host and the villa provided an great base to explore St Tropez, St Maxine and the surrounding area. The pool and outside seating areas are perfect

Nice charming villa

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool (although not heated 😉) and the garden. Bed and bad rooms are very nice. Location is perfect on the hill.

Quiet en centrally located Provençal villa

We had a great stay in this villa. Nice pool and good airconditioning in the bedrooms. A pity that our car was to low to park on the driveway, but we could park closeby. Thanks Sebastien for a great stay!

Amazing two weeks!

Our stay was great at Sebastien’s place. The communication throughout was excellent, the house was well equipped and bedrooms comfortable! We’d happily return as we were really happy with the villa, it was secure, clean and the outdoor space was great. Thanks for hosting us - we had the best time!

Urlaub, so wie man ihn sich vorstellt

Wir hatten sehr erholsame 2 Wochen. Das Haus trug wesentlich dazu bei. Alles sauber und gepflegt, gute Ausstattung, schöner Garten und Terrasse, toller Pool. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Dazu trug auch der aufmerksame und sehr nette Vermieter bei.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Herr Hu rundum wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Haus war pico bello sauber und der Vermieter sehr nett. Wir können das Haus zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful Villa

Sebastian was an excellent host, gave us all the information required for the start of our holiday and then left us to enjoy his Villa. The Villa is situation at the top of a hill with a small supermarket not too far away, perfect location for the beach, Port Grimaud and St Tropez. The Villa has a lovely garden and a beautiful pool. We will definitely be returning.

Très belle maison Tout équipée et bien entretenue Le jardin et la piscine sont top. Dommage la piscine un peu froide avec le mistral. La maison est très bien située. Le propriétaire est très disponible. Super séjour pendant 2 semaine avec nos 3 enfants !

Charmante villa op de berg

Huis met veel charme. Prachtige tuin en zwembad. Men heeft een klein zicht op de baai van St-Tropez. De keuken zou iets netter mogen en is te druk maar alles was wel aanwezig om te koken. Kamers prima met zeer goede airco. WiFi ook goed wat voor onze kids belangrijk was. De tuintafel en stoelen zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Wel een zeer mooi buitensalon waar we van genoten hebben. Ligging van de villa wel hoog op de berg. Gelukkig is er een kleine superette dichtbij. De villa mag beetje opgefrist worden maar is toch een aanrader. We hebben een mooie relaxerende vakantie gehad.

Great house at great location

We (family of 4) had a great stay for a week. House and location are great. Really relaxing and away from the crowd. With airconditioned bedrooms and pleasant beds to get a good night of sleep. Location between St Maxim and St Tropez is excellent. You do need to expect traffic jam and be smart on departure time and routes.

Points positifs :Très belle piscine et jardin. Belle maison vu de l'extérieur et beaucoup de vaisselle. Points négatifs : la maison a l intérieur est dégradée la salle de bain de la suite parentale faïence qui se décolle lavabo bouché inutilisable, le matelas du lit dans la salle à manger n est pas acceptable peut dépanner une nuit pas plus, evier qui fuit dans la cuisine obligée de faire intervenir un plombier pas de barbecue comme indique sur l annonce, matelas des Transats de piscine sales, fer et aspirateur qui fonctionnent très mal, etc franchement quel dommage alors que cette maison a de beaux atouts... pas un mot de la part de la propriétaire pour les désagréments. Cela est inacceptable pour une villa à ce prix.

Charming and Ralaxing!

The house is located in a very nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood, has a great garden and pool. With the car one is quickly at the beaches, it is close to Saint Tropez, Saint Maxime (depending on the traffic) and Grimaud. Also grocery, bakery and other supplies can be reached within minutes by car which is very helpful. The house has a very steady wifi connection, which is not always sure in South France. A great place to enjoy summer.
