On the first floor with independent entrance opening onto large panoramic terrace and private garden, garden furniture, chairs, electric barbecue. Downstairs another terrace private in the shadow of Hackberry. Parking. Washing machine available at the owner. Electric barbecue. Swimming 10 km landscaped River and climbing to Chandra. Lake wines on Caramy 12 km. Possibility one additional child. Wi-Fi access. Table tennis. First floor: living room kitchen sofa bed 1 pl, a large bedroom 1 bed 2 places (160cm), bathroom wc. Private access by dirt road 200 m. The ground floor includes the former stables.
