Cozy, pet friendly, newly renovated chalet home with shared beach & water views

Cozy chalet home minutes from the village of lake George and Bolton landing. Steps to the water. Recently updated and furnished! This house is located in diamond point. Close to many restaurants, boat launches, and shops. There’s access to a shared beach within the neighborhood. Four bedrooms. 2 queen size, 2 full, and a king in master. 2 full bathrooms. All linens provided. Each bedroom has a smart tv and temperature control settings with brand new electric mini splits. Newly renovated !! Brand new deck, driveway, kitchen, baths bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. The wood stove is not for use by guests. Fire pit, guests bring wood.

Please clean up after your dogs, and they must be on leashes at all times. Make sure they are added at check out. $150 per pet, 1 pet max

indoor fireplaces not for use.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES of any kind. This is a quiet neighborhood and we like to keep it this way. the listing is for 8 people max. Quiet time is 9. NO SMOKING

please note you are in the Adirondack mountains you may see bugs and wildlife- keep all trash in cans and contained.

When pulling in off of 9n take your first right onto trinity Rock road and loop around.

Beach access- if looking at the lake from house head right up the hill. Follow signs for cramers point motel. The path to the beach runs along side the long steep driveway. NO dogs on beach.

An excellent set-up for my wife and I, two adult sons, our daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. Easy, short ride to the village and attractions. Comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax. The kids loved the beach area, especially the kayak rides. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The host was great. Carpet treads on stairs need to be secured. A house number out front would have been helpful.....it was dark and raining when we arrived. We did find it on the ground upside-down the day after we got there.

Lovely Lake George Home

I stayed with a bunch of my girlfriends here for a weekend away and it was really nice - super close to town with views of the lake and very comfortable with a beautiful deck. This is also close to some hiking trails! We are a pretty clean crew, so there was not much that we needed to reach the owner on. Only call out would be that it says there is a beach area, but it was a bit hard to find to be honest - there is not defined trail to get there. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

The property was really homey. It had everything we needed for a cozy cabin vacation in Lake George. We appreciated have enough private bedrooms for everyone, and ample space for hanging out in the evenings. The deck was the real star of the property, though! We spent so much time with the glass doors open, eating and hanging out by the deck. We also appreciated the private fire pit! The only downside to the property was the steep climb to and from the beach / lake access. It’s a hike to the lake - and taking a kayak down the steep, wooded path, then back up was just something we weren’t expecting. But with that said, as long as you’re good to walk the steep path, the lake IS super close, we had the beach area to ourselves, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly, we really enjoyed ourselves! We’ll be back, for sure!

Nice place and close to village!

Nice house. Very clean and convenient location. Heather was extremely responsive to all communication and easy to work with! Would recommend paddle board or kayak for renters use in future. Would be a huge draw for the lake entrance nearby :) We didn’t spend much time at property other than sleeping as we were out doing things but the house served it’s purpose!

The host was pretty responsive. The house was nice and big enough for our group. The beds were comfortable. The patio was great. Nice view of the lake. Nice fire pit. Close to Lake George Village and some hiking trails. (Short drive). Some of the neighbors were very nice and friendly. The beach is not much more than an access point to the lake.if you like water sports, bring your own kayaks/waterboards/etc. Otherwise you have to go into town to rent if you want to paddle together. A neighbor called the police when one of our group went down to the water alone bc they thought he was trespassing. The dishwasher leaked. The power went out twice and we couldn’t flush the toilets or use the sink due to no generator. Thankfully this was short lived.

Not what we expected.

We booked our week in November. I told the owner we were coming up for the Americade Motorcycle Rally and bringing a trailer. The parking area is not paved at all. It's rocky with some rain washout. Not motorcycle friendly at all. When we arrived and tried to get in, the lockbox wouldn't open. We called the owner and it turns out we were given the wrong lock combo. It took us 25 minutes just to get in. I guess "cozy cabin" is a relative term since this place seems to be in the middle of renovations. The beds and pillows are mediocre at best but the shower/water pressure is really nice. We wouldn't stay here again as we felt it was completely over advertised.
