Warm Secluded Adirondack Chalet with Game Room and Bar/Lounge

This large open floor plan chalet is situated on a sprawling secluded property bordered by two babbling brooks and miles of beautiful wooded trails. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound deck or relax in the evening around the fire pit.

Special features include electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, bar, pool table, theatre room, loft with twin bed, 4 private bedrooms, 2 full baths. Guests must have ability to navigate stairs.

Children can enjoy hours of outdoor activities in their own private playhouse with a two-story slide, basketball court, or fishing in the Brook.

Just minutes down the hill in the quaint town of Warrensburg, you can find several grocery stores, coffee shops, antiques and parks along the Schroon River. Lake George Village is 10-minutes away, with plenty of fun and entertainment for the entire family.

For families traveling together, we offer a 2nd house on the property...close enough to be together...far enough away to enjoy some separate activities as well. Contact me for adjoining listing on this site.

This was a great property. Everything was as described and Laney made sure we had all the info we needed! I especially appreciated that the kitchen had plenty of dishes, tools, etc. for anything we needed, which made a celebratory weekend more fun. It’s just as beautiful and secluded as advertised while still being close to anything we needed. There was so much to do between the bar, fire pit, creek, and more that we felt like we barely scratched the surface. We will definitely be back!

Lovely stay

Cozy cabin with great space for our family and wonderful grounds, plus enough fun indoor touches like pool table & home theater to keep it feeling like a special vacation even on a rainy day. Definitely hoping to return for a longer stay sometime soon!

My family and I took our first ever family vacation to this location, and we cannot say enough how wonderful our stay was. The house was absolutely stunning from inside out, and coming in the fall was an amazing time to spend in Lake George. The house on the outside had two beautiful brooks and an amazing fire pit that we utilized most nights under the stars, and the inside was spacious enough to hold 8 people and not be on top of each other. The downstairs gaming area/theatre room kept everyone happy and entertained throughout, and the location was right near downtown Lake George giving us plenty of fun activities to do. The host was readily responsive when we needed her, and communicative throughout. We can’t say enough great things about this beautiful location, and definitely plan to be back next year to make this our annual family vacation spot. Thanks Laney!

Belmont Stakes Weekend.

Spectacular property with streams on either side. If weather was better would have enjoyed the fire pit and other outside amenities. Plenty of room inside home and enjoyed entertainment area in walk out basement. All enjoyed trip.

A charming getaway

The house was a great - we skied at Gore and it’s about 20 mins away. We found great food right within 5 min driving location - so the town is worth exploring. There was plenty of rooms/beds to sleep, great water pressure for showers and a living room/kitchen open space to hang out in.

What a beautiful house, beautiful yard and great location. The house is secluded but yet very close to everything. Property Manager/Hostess gets an A+. Very responsive all through the process of booking and fixing a minor issue with the AC. I would definitely go back to this house again!

Exceeded Expectations!

We wanted an after Christmas getaway with our family. We went with our daughter, son and 5 grandchildren. This lovely lodge fit the bill perfectly. There was ample room for all to be comfortable, a sledding hill and playhouse for the little ones, a bar and pool table for the adults. TV's in every room. The decor made it feel like a vacation home. Our host, Laney, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! She answered all questions quickly. A bonus was the beautiful Christmas lights and decorations. We all agreed that we would like to return! Thank you Laney!

We had a wonderful time! This home was perfect for our group which included 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a 4 year old. We all had our separate spaces which were comfortable and clean. We loved the rustic vibe and unique layout of the house. The weather didn’t cooperate but we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful property as much as we could. We cooked most of our meals in the house so my only suggestion would be to bring the pots/pans you might specifically need for your meals (i.e. a large sautee pan) but in general the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Conveniently located and a quick ride to the village of Lake George. We look forward to coming back!

Quiet, kid friendly, lots of stairs

House was just a few miles from downtown Warrensburg and was very quiet. Kids loved the play structure, creek, toys and board games. House was comfortable with lots of stairs and flagstones to navigate. Everything was set and in working order so little need to communicate with owner but she was very responsive during booking process. Only one single bed which was in an open loft. This didn’t work well for our particular group with young children. Lots to do in Warrensburg and nearby Lake George.

Great place! So happy we stayed

This was perfect for our family. Six adults and three kids fit great. Top things about the house were CLEANLINESS (super important to me and I was very happy)! Nice big yard; responsiveness of Laney; privacy. We had easy access to Saratoga, Boltons Landing and the Village. Other family stayed blocks away from the Village and if that’s your thing then this place might feel too remote but my family enjoys sitting out on the deck or playing yard games. And we were still within 20-25 minutes of all the fun things to do! Kitchen was well appointed and had all we needed to cook and a grill with full tank of propane!!! Bring corn hole or wiffle ball and you’ll be set! Not really bothered by bugs in the yard except some gnats after a rainy morning. Nice to hear the birds and nearby brooks too. Great fire pit for evenings relaxing with plenty of room for all of us. Play set for my littlest one was sturdy and fun for her. Wishes: kitchen wasn’t really big enough for our party to sit inside comfortably but we made due since we love the outdoors and there was plenty of deck space and a nice table to enjoy meals Al fresco. Basement was an open futon not bed but my young adult son didn’t care! This was a great place for us and I highly recommend!!!! Felt like home as soon as we got there. Had a wonderful week there.

Just be honest

Beautiful driveway except a low branch scratched my pickup as there was no way to avoid it. First impression is not the impressive looking house but a deck blocked off with yellow tape which means we're going to be paranoid all weekend about our kids going over there. Thanks for making your problem our problem. The pictures are misleading because there are several pictures of the deck with no issues in the listing. One picture is taken from the deck. House looks great and we really enjoyed the bottom floor pool table and movie room. Indoor staircases are steep and since there is no bathroom on the bottom floor you will use them a lot. That bottom staircase is unsafe if you are old or very young because there is no railing for the last couple of steps. House was fairly clean but there were issues if you looked. The downstairs bathroom floor was dirty. Bring your own Keurig. They do not have one. First time ever that has happened. Maybe we've just been lucky up until now.The master bedroom is up another steep flight of steps. You will get a workout. On the first night we were all awakened at 3:30 am because there carbon monoxide alarm starting chirping because of a dead battery. It took a while to find it and even when unplugged and battery out it kept chirping. I had to go put it in my truck. I messaged host and she bs'd me that the batteries were changed regularly. Not true because the batteries said Kiddie which is the brand name of the detector. They came in the box.
