Great cabin with plenty of space for people to spread out or gather. The location was great, offering a ton of privacy and open space outside while being easy driving distance to Lake George or other destinations. Really nice porch for outdoor reading or just sitting and chatting or reading a good book. Interior is incredibly well maintained, with everything clean and very comfortable.

The home was beautiful and so very well appointed. The Christmas decor was above & beyond what we hoped for! Amy was constantly available for any questions or needs we had. The layout of the home was perfect for our extended family!

Our group of 8 were fortunate enough to spend my cousin’s bachelor party at this beautiful cabin and we were blown away by how wonderful everything was! Amy the host is great and made sure we had everything we could’ve needed and more. I would definitely recommend this place!

Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Living areas were large and accommodating for a group of 7. A very warm and cozy feeling throughout the house. Our host was easily available for any questions, concerns, etc. The home is situated on a large private lot which is beautiful! I’d highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Magic Winter Getaway

Quiet getaway in the snowy winter. Cabin was perfect , lots of board games and family fun . Perfect place for relaxing but close enough to Lake George and Saratoga for fun!

My wife and I recently hosted our family for a vacation in the Lake George area. We decided to use VRBO and specifically this cabin in Athol NY. It could not have been a better experience. The cabin itself is tucked away in the woods about 20 minutes away from the Lake George area and we found it to be private, roomy, clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The kitchen was large enough for all of our grandchildren to be seated at the island for breakfast and snacks. There was plenty of tableware for everyone, as well as any cooking tool or utensil you would normally expect in a kitchen. There is a large dinner table inside, as well as two outside with large umbrellas for sun protection. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, the beds were reasonably comfortable, and the linens were plentiful and clean. The loft allowed the kids of similar ages to sleep in the same space which made for some great memories.It had a large yard with a fire pit that we used for s'mores and telling stories as well as plenty of room for throwing the football, tag, etc.. The number of stars that can be seen at night was an unexpected treat. I cannot say enough about our host Amy. She responded to questions quickly and provided plenty of details about the area, where to go, and what to do. The information she gave us made our stay very enjoyable and less stressful. We will surely be going back again as soon as possible. Outstanding!

Beautiful cabin in the woods

This gorgeous cabin was perfect for our family of 7 ranging in age from 12-adults. The huge yard & deck were beautiful & great for late night star gazing & dinners at sunset! Amy was so helpful with clear instructions & her cabin was a wonderful place to unplug!! We absolutely loved it & hated to leave.

Beautiful Adirondack Lodge. Its picture should be in the dictionary for Adirondack Lodge. Beautifully appointed kitchen. Great decks to see the foliage. Enjoyed the fireplace and all the beautiful lights throughout. We really enjoyed your home. Perfect for girlfriends to relax and catch up.

Great family get away

This place was great, we had 6 adults and 6 children and there was room for everyone. It was clean and everyone loved it. It was so great no one wanted to leave. Only regret was not booking a longer stay! Thanks for everything Amy!

This is an exceptionally pretty property. Not just the house itself, but the furnishings are in exquisite taste, and that is done in a way that doesn't in anyway detract from the practicality of living here. We had a family reunion of 3 generations and 12 people. We cooked in the kitchen and all sat around the table and it all worked great. It was a very memorable weekend for us all. Amy clearly works hard to see that her guests have no issue. Thank you

Our group of 12 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin. It was perfect for our large group including 6 children (ages 4-10). There was plenty of room inside including a large kitchen/dining area. The grounds and deck were great to spend time outside. It was clean and Amy was a great host. A plus plus beautiful home!

What a special and beautiful place where the host thought of everything you could possibly need! It was super comfortable inside and out. The beds were cozy. Every room was very thoughtful and beautifully decorated. Super clean place. We would recommend it, and we would rent this home again.

The perfect getaway

My family and I were looking for a place to get away after experiencing a devastating loss. We were hoping to find a nice place in a remote area to spend time as a family. From when the host reached out before we went and after we left she made sure everything was perfect for us.
