In Upper Morvan, 800 m from Lake Crescent (easily accessible on foot), beautiful cottage on 109 m2 built in an old barn perfectly renovated and decorated with care.
On the ground floor :
- Louis XIII furnished living room with TV and Wi-Fi
- open kitchen upscale,
- laundry (washing machine and dryer), separate toilet.
Upstairs :
- library lounge with TV and DVD,
- 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140x190,
- 1 large room with 1 bed 90x190, 1 bed 140x190 and TV,
- bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Large enclosed garden of 5000 m2 with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchair, swing, trampoline.
