On the border of Dauphine and Provence, the Drôme Provençale is located east of Montélimar and extends on the left bank of the river Drôme. It enjoys a sunshine worthy of that of Provence, thanks to its already more Mediterranean climate.

That's why lavender fields, olive orchards and fruit trees, vineyards and evergreen oaks stretch as far as the eye can see.

True land of charm, the Drôme Provençale is dotted with classified villages (Le Poët-Laval, La Garde-Adhémar, Montbrun-les-Bains). Often perched, they kept their medieval look with their narrow cobbled streets, their castles, churches or Romanesque chapels.
