Superb 16th century Breton Manor house completely renovated, on a beautiful plot of 1 hectare, for 8 to 12 persons.

A heaven of peace in a marine and country atmosphere.

Spread across 3 floors, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, dining room with master fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace overlooking the park. All comfort.

In a hamlet of standing, Bourg at 1km, beaches at 800m. Close to the island of Bréhat, and the seaside resorts of St Quai Portrieux, Binic and Paimpol.

Horseback riding, tennis, hiking, sailing, kayaking, diving in the locality. Very active village with many cultural events and day and nocturnal markets.

Peacefully situated between land and sea.

Quiet corner of Brittany, near beautiful beaches.

Lovely cottage with good facilities, and a short drive from nearby beaches. (Plage Bonaparte was our favourite, but check the tide times). Helpful and welcoming host. Note: Coming from the UK, I didn't have a Euro bank account so opted to pay the deposit in cash, instead of by cheque. (It was refunded in full at the end of our stay.)

très bon séjour

La maison est très belle et nous avons trouvé l'emplacement idéal, entre mer et campagne : la plage à un quart d'heure à pied et plein de petits sentiers partout pour se promener dans la campagne. La côte est splendide, très bien préservée, sauvage, avec petites criques mais aussi grandes plages de sable. Propriétaires sympathiques. Un bémol cependant : l'insonorisation de la maison qui est très mauvaise. Problématique si enfant en bas âge ou si tout le monde ne se couche pas et ne se lève pas à la même heure ! A noter également : 15 euros en plus par lit si vous n'apportez pas vos draps.

Très agréable séjour

Venus en famille, nous avons ete sous le charme de Plouha et de ses environs. Tres belles randonnées. Lile de Brehat est incontournable. Nous étions aussi tres bien installés dans ce manoir que j'ai trouvé encore mieux que sur les photos. Attention toutefois à lescalier particulièrement raide. Propriétaire tres gentil.

Le manoir est très beau et authentique avec de grands espaces extérieurs très appréciables. Il y a 4 grandes chambres. Le séjour + salle TV sont également très spacieux L’escalier qui monte au 2eme est un peu raide ( pour enfants ou personnes âgées) . Communication très fluide avec les propriétaires. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille (5 adultes et 5 enfants). La maison est tres agréable avec un grand terrain et nous aurions aimé profiter un peu plus de la terrasse si le temps avait été meilleur. Ce qui ne nous a pas empêché de vadrouiller, la maison étant très bien située : nous vous conseillons d'ailleurs la plage d'or située à quelques petites minutes de voiture. Une petite amélioration : une telle maison gagnerait à avoir une machine à laver, avec les enfants cela nous aurait été bien utile.

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de la propriétaire, la propreté et la déco du manoir , l'espace dont nous disposions aussi bien à l'intérieur ( grands volumes) qu'à l'extérieur ( plusieurs terrasses) Un seul bémol sur le côté sonore. Mais c'est un lieu parfait pour passer un WE en famille.

Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour dans la propriété de M Goaziou. Lui et sa femme nous ont très bien accueillis, et présentés leur propriété. C'est un très bel et agréable manoir. Nous étions 3 couples d'amis avec des enfants. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les autres pièces de la maison sont aussi fonctionnelles et très spacieuses. Et quel plaisir pour les jeunes de pouvoir lire les mangas (et livres) mis à disposition ! La résidence est très bien située, environ 20minutes à pied d'une magnifique côte bretonne, 20 minutes en voiture de Paimpol, et 1h en voiture de la côte de granit rose. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette propriété!!!
