Had a great view of beach and pool. It was perfect to watch our 5 great grand kids in the pool. The room was very clean and the ice machine was very handy. No problem with parking (as mentioned in other reviews). That could have been due to time we visited. It was a great vacation!

The condo its self was very nice. The ice machine was an added extra bonus. All the beds in the condo were very comfortable. Parking was a nightmare. Not having enough parking and having an added extra cost to have to find a public parking spot was rough.

Fantastic Family Condo

We loved our stay at Orange Beach. The check in process was seamless. The condo was exactly as pictured. Fully stocked kitchen, great living room and beautiful deck that over looks the pool and the ocean. We loved how close this condo was to the ocean. It was also close to many great restaurants, rainy day activities and shops. I would definitely recommend this condo to any family looking for a relaxing week.

AMAZING & BEAUTIFUL

We just got home from our week stay in this amazing unit. Everything was neat and clean and decorated beautifully. Everything you need is there, including a huge ice machine, blender, cookware, etc. We look forward to coming back soon. We loved that the beach is not as crowded as some of the other nearby beaches. Take my advice, you'll love your stay here!

Family getaway

My husband, 2 kids, myself, my mom, my older sister and her husband all stayed at this rental. It was the perfect amount of space and right on the beach! No wait for the elevator and felt very safe. The tennis courts were an added bonus for the kids and for a workout space but service was a little spotty on the courts for my workout videos(probably just my phone). Awesome location, great communication and great condo -would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Condo

Gorgeous condo. The toilet seat in the master bath was broken upon arrival and they fixed it almost immediately. Condo was practically spotless. Beds were comfy. Plenty of space for our group of eight girls. Getting our parking pass was a little confusing as security didn't get there until after 4 to pass them out, but we got it figured out with a couple of calls. Would definitely stay again.

Love the Enclave!

This is our 9th year staying at the enclave. This is the most immaculate condo that we have stayed in in all our times there. First time we didn't have to go in and clean prior to getting settled in. We really appreciated that it obviously had just been redone recently unrecently so it's in pristine condition. You will love the location the ability to just walk down the stairs by taking the elevator, and the view of the ocean and the New pool.

Family Reunion

Because of covid and unexpected illnesses my brother who lives in California he hadn’t been to AL to see family for 4 years. He and his family and me and my family stayed in condos at the Enclave for 6 days where we all plus many visiting cousins had a wonderful time. The condos were very spacious and comfortable with indoor and outdoor pools. We all loved the beautiful beach whether we went in the water, walked it or enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the activities that were going on. It was the perfect place for our wonderful family reunion.

Convenient location

This condo was just as described. It had plenty of room. Huge master bath and good size bathrooms off of the other 2 bedrooms. There were lots of utensils stocked in the kitchen. It is in a very convenient location. It’s directly across the street from a Walmart marketplace as well as a great donut shop and delicious Mexican restaurant. Those are the positives in my opinion. That being said, I’m not sure I would want a corner unit like this one again though. The condo building is set back from building next to it so you get more of a distracting view. They were doing construction next door and we got to enjoy those sounds every morning and have workers look at us while trying to sit on our balcony. I would also recommend you read their description of what they provide and do not provide. I didn’t read that thoroughly enough. They only provide one roll of toilet paper period. I messaged to inquire if we could get more and was told no that it was stated in what they provide. That was my fault I should have been more prepared. There was no dish detergent to wash dishes so you may want to bring some if you plan on cooking at all. It did state they had a hairdryer and there wasn’t one. If I had known I would have brought one. The room could have been cleaned a little better. We found odd socks and random shoes that had been left by previous guests. All in all it was a good unit and we enjoyed being so close to the bearch.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This could be a great condo and place to stay but some issues need to be resolved first:1) The condo has 70 parking spots and gives out 144 parking passes- there is a huge problem with those numbers. They are not the only property with parking issues but we were not staying at any of those. 2) If you go out to dinner and return after 8:00 you are most likely going to have to park in a Premier Parking lot (do not park across the street- you WILL get towed. However, be prepared to pay $11 per day for each day you do not get a spot in the lot and an additional $15-$20 for an Uber to take you back to the Enclave. 3) Additionally, this condo does have damage from the most recent tropical storm - we had 4 dehumidifiers blowing hot heat at wind tunnel sound in the living room and master bedroom for our entire stay. We had mold, unsheetrocked wall and floor pulled up for our stay. I understand the storm is an act of nature but we had service guys in and out of the condo we rented our entire stay and on the one day they attempted to enter after 1 my 3yr old nephew was taking a nap in the master bedroom and we asked them to come back later in the day because he was asleep. I later received a call from Liquid Life because the owner said we refused to allow the company in- I explained the truth and was asked when would be a good time the next day but it was clear they felt we refused entrance and that was not correct. 3) The condo was not clean when we entered in- floors were sandy and sticky, food covered the stove top and there was a load of dirty towels in the washing machine and the towel rack in one of the bathrooms was hanging. We notified Liquid Life and they did offer to send someone to clean up the dirty condo but at that point we had already cleaned up the mess.4) The room with the queen and full size beds has the most uncomfortable and worn out beds- they were the worst.

We were promised two parking passes, which meant nothing when there were no spots available. We enjoyed dining at The Acme Oyster House and The Gulf, with its cool outdoor vibe and very fresh seafood.

There was a leak in the condo above us. So we couldn't use one of the bathrooms because of moisture equipment in there.We needed 3 parking passes because we had 3 families staying. Why would you have a condo that sleeps 10 without enough parking? We had to park at the Marriott across the street and pay out the yeng yang! We gave our two passes to our kids.

We enjoyed the Enclave location for easy walking to DQ, Starbucks, grocery and restaurants. The beach was clean and long. Our unit 307 was nicely decorated. We were pleased to find an ice machine which was much used. There was no TV in one bedroom and the TV/cable in the other non-primary bedroom did not work. We were disappointed to be told pool under construction during our visit well after we booked. I think the pool was out due to hurricane damage well before we booked so posting was not accurate.

Horrible help with office!

Water leak lead to disaster! Mold in master bath above toilet…paid for 7 nights… only stayed 6 Bc of the storm (ida)…. The other 5 night were horrible…. I wish Randy would call me! I asked for him… but he was gone!
