-9/18/23-2/05/24 There will be minimal impacts during these dates. The construction will be taking place in the opposite building. You still may hear some noise and the property will still be under construction.
-2/05/24-3/11/24 There will be significant amounts of noise which will include, but not limited to, jack hammering, grinding and hammering with swing stages on the outside of the building
-03/11/24-5/17/24 Unit 902 will be completely closed for rentals.
-11/13/23-1/26/24 The outdoor pool will be closed. Other than these dates the outdoor pool will be open, but could close at anytime if deemed unsafe.
-All indoor amenities will remain open

Mother's day vacation

The Palms was a great location not as noise as other condos in the area. The unit we stayed in 902 was just the right size for my family. The balcony was a good size to put our bikes out there and room to eat outside. Enjoy the place.

The place was nice. I did find a sock that didnt belong to us by the porch door. The security guard seemed to pick his targets, telling some of us one thing and then not making others do the same.The view is beautiful! And maintenence came right up to fix our AC!

Condo was clean & right on beach! Cute decor & cozy! Plenty of room for us. The only suggestion I have is that it does not have much in regard to supplies. No extra toilet paper, paper towels & missing a lot of kitchen items/utensils that are staples if cooking in.

I picked this place for the balcony and the views did not disappoint! We saw dolphins every day - surfers were a surprise! It was a bit cool while we were there but you get ample sunshine on the balcony without the wind. The unit is spacious - beds were comfortable. The unit had everything you needed. The building is a bit dated but they were constantly cleaning the main areas which was great to see. The location is perfectly situated around a ton of things to do. Close to Flora Bama and close to other restaurants in the area. We rented beach chairs for a day as well. We’d definitely stay here again!

Place is older but clean. They could work on the master bath toilet, has flushing issue. We needed to pull out the dryer to help speed up drying. Maybe vent needs cleaned. Overall it was a good stay.

The Unit was very nice, liked the layout. We did have some issues, washer and dryer, refrigerator, master bedroom toilet. These items were reported. Dining room table very sticky, needs to be sanded down and re-stained, everything stuck to it even your arms. If these issues were addressed, I would stay there again.

Half of our stay was marked by construction directly in the unit above us. Bad luck, but I will not take the chance and will not stay at the Palms again. We are now staying in another unit in the Palms and the same thing happened.

We had a great time, the condo was good except for minor inconviences. The toilet in the master bedroom did not work properly, but we made do by manually flushing. The ceiling fan in the master did not work. The dryer did not dry the clothes in a timely manner. We did just fine and had a great time.

Family vacation

The condo is nice, as described. Our family of 7 had plenty of room to move around. The furniture is worn out in living room area and need replaced. Seats weren't very comfortable. The room with two beds, had hard mattresses on them. They tell you go to security guard and let him know your checking in, so they tow your car. So I go to do that as the rest of my family took the luggage as it started to rain, and went inside the building where it looked liked the entrance. There was no security guard at the security office and there were other people waiting on him as well. There was someone already staying there that came up to us the people waiting to check in, and said, she had not seen the guard there all day and she had been down there several times, she needed to speak with him as well. I text to see if we could get in the condo early as I only had 15 minutes to go to my actual check in time, so we could at least get our parking pass, so the car wouldn't be towed. I was told, my unit was on track for 4pm check in. The rain at this time was coming down hard with lightening and loud thunder and I'm standing outside of building waiting for security guard. I text at 4:01 to see if we could have the code yet to get in. Finally I received code, had to go out into the storm to meet family that was waiting in building ( got drenched). All to find out the floors hallways go from inside then outside to inside again to get to condo and also found out, that there are two buildings and we needed to go to there other building for our condo, which no one communicated this with us at all. Needless to say all seven of us ended up soak and wet from head to toes, by the time we got to our condo. That's why I rated two stars on the check in process.
