With this wonderful location so close to the Suncadia Resort Core, it is a short walk to the Suncadia Inn, Lodge, Swim & Fitness Center, Prospector Golf Shop & Driving Range, Glade Spring Spa, parks, and hiking trails. A more energetic walk could take you to Swiftwater Cellars Winery. Take time to enjoy the wildlife.The fully stocked eat in kitchen has a large bar island that seats 8, granite counter tops, 4 burner gas range, and stainless steel appliances. Relax in the great room in front of the fire and TV, or enjoy the view from the large windows and French doors. Also tucked away on the first floor is a private den with a sleeper sofa and a desk space perfect for a lap top. It has separate access to the back patio.The outdoor space of this home is perfect for a family or entertaining guests; it has it all. The covered patio is accessed through the great room and offers a large dining table seating 8, a gas BBQ, and chairs positioned to enjoy the view. Under the open sky there is a fire pit surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs. Set to the side is a hot tub offering a magnificent view of the night sky or lake on the golf course.Home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms This home is 2,314 Sq. Ft.

This bathroom has a walk in shower.The 3rd bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk bed and a separate twin bed. THE BEST LOCATION!

This house is meant for entertaining and golf! An incredible floor plan, great amenities. The windows looking out at the 18th hole and the proximity to the Prospector's clubhouse was ideal. The guys golfed were able to walk off the hole to the house. Incredible. The clawfoot tub in the master was dreamy... I wanted to bring it home with me. We will be back!

Nice House with lovely views but Hot Tub is a Bust....

House was clean, well-stocked kitchen, nice living space and comfy beds. View to the golf course was great, especially with a dusting of snow! We used the outdoor fire pit a few times and really enjoyed that. We had 3 issues with the home, 2 of which we resolved: regular coffee pot in the kitchen was delivered upon request( don't have a Keurig for a house that sleeps 10). We also figured out how to get the indoor fireplace to stay on longer than 10 minutes, but no thanks to the directions on the wall. Our biggest issue and complaint was the Hot Tub- it was not working and needed servicing. Unfortunately this particular homeowner didn't use the Suncadia Maintenance crew so it was never fixed during our stay. Don't advertise a hot tub on your listing if you are not going to maintain it properly. The Suncadia staff did gives us a $150 credit to use at the resort, so at least that helped. Overall we had a great time but the hot tub issue really was annoying....
