QUIET AND GREEN APARTMENT(Air-conditioned)

Private apartment on the ground floor of 80m2,
STAY FROM A MINIMUM NIGHT TO A MAXIMUM 7 NIGHTS.
for MAXIMUM 4 PEOPLE
Terrace and Large parking
House on floor. there are 2 different entrances. No access between floors. we stay on the 1st. Arrival time 4.30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Departure 12 p.m. max. No parties, no noise after midnight. NON SMOKING apartment.
Sheets, pillowcases and fitted sheets are not provided, but can be provided for € 10 (price whether for 1 bed or for 2 or 3 beds). Specify it when booking to be sure to have it available and to pay upon entering the premises. Blankets and pillows are available. We do not provide towels.
At the gates of the Cévennes, we will be happy to welcome you 5 minutes from downtown Alès. 2 minutes away, hypermarket and restaurant. Many possible activities: Alès (3km from alès beach) Anduze (10kms Bambouseraie, pottery ...), Uzès (Haribo museum), Pont du Gard, Nîmes (Arenas etc.), close to the river and 1 hour from La Grande Motte ( Sea). You will appreciate the calm and the view.

Très jolie petite maison très calme et d'une propreté parfaite. Petit bémol le mini frigo pour 3 adultes une vrai galère (annonce disait frigo congélateur).

nous avons eu une panne l ancien frigo (comme sur les photos ) il y a peu, nous avons privilégié un frigo de 100l et un freezer comme dans la plupart des locations saisonnières il est tout à fait possible de garder du congeler et de faire des glaçons pour une location. Nous avons omis de refaire les photos. Nous allons les changer. merci pour votre remarque
