About this property

Villa 2200 m2 with private pool, jacuzzi and all comforts in Rabat.

Prachtige villa met groot privé zwembad en een grote tuin op 2200 vierkante m grond. 5 slaapkamers, jacuzzi en sauna.
Wij hebben in maart /april 2018 alles onderhouden. Verf binnen en buiten enz.

Rustige villa wijk in de hoofdstad van Marokko, Rabat. De woning bevind zich zo een 10 minuten van de oude stad. Oude bezienswaardigheden. Via de snelweg met 10 minuten bij het strand van Harhora. 20 minuten van t strand van Skhirat wat mooier en rustiger is. 30 minuten van de zeer nette badplaats Bouznika.
5 minuten van Mega Mall een zeer moderne Mall met een schaatsbaan, bowling en verschillende restaurantjes.

De woning is modern ingericht, met een flatscreen, dvd en satelliet schotel antenne met vele internationale sport en film zenders, Nederlandse Spaanse, Franse Duitse, Engelse, Italiaanse en divetse andere zenders. Wifi is aanwezig. Bij de ingang bevind zich de carport met een klein huisje waar de tuinman c.q. bewaker verblijft. Deze komt alleen als u hem nodig heeft en verzorgt de tuin en zwembad in de avond uren. Zwembad bevindt zich in de achtertuin met een kleedruimte en sauna en een mooie cascade. Niet ver vandaan één van de mooiste golfbanen ter wereld de Royale Golf Dar Es Salam. Vliegveld Rabat is op 20 minuten en vliegveld Casablanca op een uur rijden. Auto huren en naar Marrakesh op 3 uur van Rabat met zeer goede snelwegen. Wij kunnen alvast boodschappen voor de eerste dag voor u regelen. Het huis is in juni 2018 opnieuw geverft, aantal nieuwe bedden en matrassen.

there is no sauna in this villa and the water pressure does not work properly in the house beacuse of a leak, this meant that we couldn´t flush the toilets properly. And there was little to no internet even though it said it had internet, contacting the owner was difficult because he did not live in the same country. and the villa was dirty when we got there, and none of the utensils for eating and cooking had been washed properly, the pool was not filled up when we got there so we had two days with no internet and no pool, the guard we had was very nice and tried to help us, and he made the stay much better. I do not recommend this villa too many issues for such a short visit

There is definitely a sauna available. Its located across the pool. The cable of the internet was broken in the street and we could not fix that by ourselves. We have filed a complaint with the provider that would fix it. In order to show our good service and intentions, we have bought a prepaid router and upgraded them for you every time. Every day, you used too much internet but have upgraded it for you every time. We paid for al those extra expenses. When we received a message from you that the house was not clean enough we immediately sent another worker. As owner, I was able to reach me for 24 hours a day. You had a phone number from me and for any response via whatss app I helped you directly. And called the gardener every day if you needed anything. Pool was filled within 24 hours for you. Excuses us for the leak in the water supply and have renew the water supply immediately after your departure. We took also an other worker who cleans the house much better. As owner, I will stay 7 weeks in the next period for painting the whole house, doing repairs and correcting everything. We have purchased full-bodied new kitchen supplies from the Netherlands. For this minor inconvenience, I will offer you 3 free days for the next time.
