Quiet house with garden, covered terrace, summer kitchen with pizza oven and Weber gas barbecue, electric plancha, pétanque field, trampoline, swing, table football, everything you need to have a good time.
Inside the house offers an equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, toaster, etc.), a lounge area with TV and internet box (Wifi and internet TV), 1 bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV, bathroom (walk-in shower, basin and WC), 1 office on the mezzanine. sofa bed for two people (or children) on the mezzanine.

Cozy and quiet

A neat little hideout near Valbonne, friendly owners who were happy to help when needed. Narrow roads, driveway, make a compact car essential. Clean, very private and comfortable. Mind your head if you're over 6ft2.

Excellent séjour. Un environnement calme et reposant ...comme nous en avions besoin. Tres jolie décoration et une petite maison hyper fonctionnelle. En prime, nous avons rencontré une famille adorable. Tout a été parfait!

Die Vermieterin empfing uns sehr freundlich und hat vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes immer schnell und sehr nett aus jede Frage geantwortet, uns aber ansonsten in Ruhe gelassen. Das Haus ist klein, aber sehr süß, der Garten mit Spielplatz ist toll, man muss sich aber auf Stechmücken gefasst machen und hier vorsorgen. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und parken ihre Autos auf dem Grundstück, was aber nicht stört. Die Lage ist natürlich traumhaft. Sowohl das nur 2 km entfernte Valbonne, als auch Antibes und Cannes sind wunderschöne Städte. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Beautiful house with big garaden

We had a great time in the house and garden. The house is well equipped with everything a small family might need. The host, who lives next door, was very helpful and friendly but at the same time discret. The Garden is perfect for children to play in and for parents to relax. Family friendly Activities and outings are within 30-60 min car ride. There is a big variety of beaches to visit. All gorgeous. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation
