Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé.. l'appartement était confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié le parking mais surtout la proximité de la plage et de tous les commerces.

Eine Woche direkt am Meer

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut aufgeteilt in Wohn-/Essbereich und 2 Schlafzimmer im Dach + Parkplatz. Die Lage war sehr gut: strandnah, zentrumsnah, Balkon mit SĂŒdlage (Sonne den ganzen Tag ĂŒber auf dieser Seite des Appartementkomplexes). Leider liegt das Appartement im Wohnblock "E" genau gegenĂŒber einer Diskothek, die jede Nacht bis in die Morgenstunden geöffnet hat. Vorallem die tiefen Töne/BĂ€sse durchdringen die Wohneinheit; direkt an der Straße kommen noch die Stimmen der Besucher hinzu.

Strandurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung in einer Anlage mit Schwimmbad bot alles was man fĂŒr einen Strandurlaub braucht. Wir haben uns gut erholt auch weil wir den ganzen Tag am Meer waren und der Srand sehr bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen war

L appartement est bien placé tout prÚs de la mer et dans un complexe agréable. La réception et l accueil ont été trÚs bons. Le problÚme vient du bruit car l appartement se trouve juste au-dessus d une boßte de nuit. Impossible de dormir de 1h à 5h du matin

attention cet appartement est situé devant la boßte de nuit de Biscarrosse. musiques, bagarres toutes les nuits de minuit à 6 heures du matin. su vous voulez un séjour calme surtout n y allez pas.

Biscarrosse Plage

Good clean property, great location next to the Beach and a short stroll into town. The weather wasn’t too hot at night, which was lucky as we could close the windows as the apartment overlooks a club which is open all night! The loungers around the pool could be improved with something more comfortable.

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine dans un cadre trĂšs agrĂ©able. En rentrant dans l’appartement nous nous sommes sentis accueillis. Propre, amĂ©nagement rationnel, et de bon goĂ»t. Dans le coin cuisine tout y est:lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, four....remarquable la vaisselle de style moderne et colorĂ©e , coordonnĂ©e Ă  l’ensemble du mobilier...Les jours Ă©taient particuliĂšrement beaux, les repas midi et soir se passaient en terrasse. Des espaces fonctionnels capable d'accueillir plusieurs personnes en mĂȘme temps. Deux salles de bains, deux toilettes un confort inĂ©vitable. La- haut, chambres claires tout confort ! Des lits,matelas et couettes de qualitĂ© . Des grands placards, dressing, linge de lit dans un parfait coordonnĂ© avec les couettes. Ambiance chaleureuse, une dĂ©coration de chambre diffĂ©rente adaptĂ©e entre chambre lit double ou lits individuels. Proche de la plage et des commerces ( poissonnerie, boulangerie, Ă©picerie, glacier, restaurants...) vous pouvez laisser votre voiture au garage toute la semaine, un luxe. ActivitĂ© : Dune du Pilat, plage au sable fin, on trouve sur le remblai de nombreux bancs pour se reposer, contempler la mer.RandonnĂ©es Ă  pied en forĂȘt des Landes. Un vrai bonheur de dĂ©couvrir BISCARROSSE. Une famille de Loire-Atlantique

Tolle Lage! Saubere, angenehme und praktische Unterkunft!

Diese Unterkunft ist super fĂŒr Strandliebhaber und Surfer. Man kann zu Fuss zum Strand, in der Tiefgarage parken und alles vor Ort besorgen, was das Herz begehrt. Die Menschen sind freundlich und entspannt.

Appartement top : neuf, joliment décoré et propre ! Bien situé car à cÎté de la plage, commerces et restaurants donc pas eu besoin d'utiliser la voiture de la semaine.. le bonheur! Aucune nuisance avec la discothÚque! Rien à redire, c'est la 2Ú fois que nous venons et toujours aussi satisfait.

surprises négatives par rapport à l'annonce : pas d'accÚs internet et connections via nos portables bas débit et intermittente, accÚs au spa de 30 minutes sur l'ensemble de la semaine, lave linge payant (c'est la seule modification apportée à l'annonce suite à notre réclamation) et appartement donnant sur l'entrée de la discothÚque de Biscarosse plage donc bruits de fetards et basses résonnant dans l'appartement toutes les nuits (j'avais posé la question sur le calme de l'appartement). Appartement joliment décoré mais rapport qualité prix insatisfaisant.
