Magnificent chalet with jacuzzi in La Plagne of 140 m2 150 m from the Roche chairlift on foot (hamlet of La Roche at the bottom of the Bobsleigh de la Plagne Olympic slope) (PARADISKI ski area). Departure on skis possible depending on the snow.

Chalet for 12/15 people on 2 floors:

On the 1st floor:
living room dining room 33 m2 with fireplace equipped with 2 convertible pull-out sofas (sleeps 4),
entrance with cupboard for ski boots, helmets and gloves,
fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob),
1 dressing room,
1 bathroom with shower, sink and washer-dryer,
1 bedroom with 2 pull-out beds,
1 separate toilet with hand basin.

The chalet is equiped for 12-15 people. It is 150 meters from the slopes of the paradiski domain
It includes
- 1 Entrance with stairs,
- 1 living / Dining room (33m²) with fireplace, 2 convertible sofas (for 4 people), a TV and 1 balcony.
- An Equipped Kitchen, 3 Toilets
- 1 shower with a washing machine and tumble-dryer
- 1 bathroom with a balneotherapy bath
- 4 bedrooms (one double with tv and toilets, one double with a shower, one with two simple beds and one in the attics for 6 children)
The Chalet is near to "La Plagne-Paradiski" at 150m from the chairlift "La Roche" connected Plagne-Aime2000 (alt. 2100m).
La Roche is connected in Plagne-Aime2000 by a "Chairlift 6 places" and 2 tracks through the forest (on 1500 in 2100m). Also usable chairlift for pedestrians, to go up or go down.
A restaurant and a bar are 150 meters from the chalet.

Big house near the ski lift

The chalet was perfect for a big group of 11 men (and room for more!), 5 minute walk from La Roche ski lift. There is a bar and ski hire at the bottom of the lift, although no shop, so we drove up to Plagne centre each morning. Communication with Audrey is exceptional, she is extremely attentive and answers your queries quickly. The living room is great for communal dining and evening entertainment (we played lots of cards). The Olympic bobsleigh is a short walk up the hill.

Si vous souhaitez garder votre logement en bon état ne pas louer à ce groupe. Totalement irrespectueux. C'est la première fois que je me permets de noter négativement un locataire d'où votre note en retour j'imagine. Tans pis j'assume pour éviter à d'autres hotes les memes déboires. Regarder les autres avis pour vous faire une opinion juste du chalet.

Chalet bien situé. Cependant, il manque un eclairage efficace dans la grande pièce, le local "chaufferie" mériterait d'être isolé phoniquement car bruyant dans la nuit, rajouter une petite et une grande casserole dans la cuisine.

Très bien positionné le chalet est plaisant, toutefois une chambre vraiment petite sous plafond très bas, et chauffage qui se coupe quand on allume la cheminée ... Eau chaude limitée en volume, les 7 et 8 ème prennent les douches froides.

Bonjour merci pour votre appréciation. Le chauffage est réglé par thermostat à 20 degrés. Il se rallume dès que la température passe en dessous. Pour les douches au bout de 7-8 douches il faut attendre 15mn pour les 7 suivantes. Ravie que vous ayez passé un bon séjour

Bonjour, Tout est bien organisé pour prendre place à bord de ce magnifique chalet. Nous étions 9. Nous aurions pu être 2 ou 3 de plus, tout en gardant un très bon confort. Bien équipé, le feu ouvert est très agréable, le bain à remous également. Il y a le restaurant du bas qui vous permet de réserver les baguettes pour le matin. Il ne faut presque pas marcher pour atteindre les pistes, à condition d'avoir suffisamment de neige. (Traversez la rivière et vous chaussez directement). Retour via un hors piste près de la piste de bobsleigh. Bref, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Great place to stay. Loads of space. Well equipped. A short walk to La Roche chairlift.

We had a fantastic week’s holiday at the chalet. Audrey was very helpful and quick to answer any emails. There was 10 of us staying with plenty of room. Great views and loads of snow. The chairlift was a short walk downhill. Overall a lovely authentic, quiet place to stay with great access to the hustle and bustle of the paradise Ski area.
