About this property

Beautiful, authentic mountain house with view.

A traditional Mountain village house full of charm with beautiful features and some beams dating back to the original building. The beautiful village of Hautecour is situated above the market town of Moutiers where you will be able to shop for all of your day to day needs and relax in the cafes and restaurants. A 15-minute drive will get you to the lift station at Brides Les Bains for access to the fantastic 3 valleys in winter or a chance to relax in the famous spa waters in summer

Our wonderful mountain home is a real rustic French house but with a modern interior. After a long hike, climb, ski or cycle in the amazing nature surrounding the house you can take a jacuzzi bath or light the cozy fire. Put your feet up, relax and use the wifi, play the playstation or watch a movie. The kitchen has everything you need, including an aga style oven and you can enjoy your meal on our wooden hand carved table.

The whole house is heated from warm air distribution from the downstairs fire but there are electric heaters available if needed. The large ‘hall’ area upstairs, provides you with a comfortable seating area and also a large space for stretching, yoga or just to let the kids have a run around!

The outside patio is an absolute suntrap if it’s a sunny day and there is also a decking area in the garden where you can relax in the shadow of the cherry tree. If you come at the right time of the year, help yourself to cherries, raspberries and grapes from the garden.

We stayed in this house Mar 13-23, 2026.We had a group of 14 ppl. The accommodations were fine relative to the price we have paid.Some appointments maybe a little surprising to the pickier customers but if you are a value-oriented customer you will have a hard time finding better deal.Keep in mind that this is an old house which was nicely renovated but still maintains some of the old "proportions"The house was clean, spacious, has very large "living area" in the upper level. The kitchen has everything you need including very large table for the whole group.We were looking for a house allowing central location to Les 3 Vallees with driving times 30-50 min.We visited Meribel, Courchevel, Val Thorens in the Les 3 Vallees but also La Plagne, Les Arcs, Val d'isere and Tignes which all were under 60 min drive. Kevin is a very nice, easy to communicate owner!Summarizing...we were very happy with that choice and would definitely return if we ever visit this area again.

Vous avons été accueillis par Kévin, qui est trÚs préoccupé par le confort de ses clients, trÚs disponible, répond immédiatement si problÚme et na pas hésité à nous apporter un ingrédient pour la cuisine qui nous manquait . Charmant, souriant . La maison est parfaite, tout était décoré à notre arrivée dans le thÚme de Noël bien sûr, quelques cadeaux et un beau sapin de Noël au salon. Nous avons apprécié les chambres et presque chacune avec une salle de bains. Merci également à Kevin et Karen d'avoir.mis à notre disposition un petit congélateur, fort apprécié. Je recommande ce gßte et nos hÎtes qui sont vraiment trÚs agréables.

Séjour ski dans le domaine des 3 Vallées

Une semaine de ski dans les 3 Vallées. Comptez 30 minutes de voiture jusqu'au village des Allues. Ensuite 15 minutes de télécabine jusque Meribel Chaudane. Un peu long certes mais au final pas dérangeant. Nous avons été contents de notre séjour dans l'agréable et trÚs spacieux chalet de Karen et Kevin.

Réveillon de Noël en famille

Nous sommes tombĂ©s aprĂšs de multiples recherches sur cette maison Ă  Hautecour, lieu que nous ne connaissions pas. Nous cherchions une maison spacieuse (nous Ă©tions 11 personnes), confortable (pour les fĂȘtes), Ă  proximitĂ© des stations de ski et sans ĂȘtre hors de prix. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© totalement satisfait de notre sĂ©jour car tous les critĂšres ont Ă©tĂ© remplis ! Hautecour est un petit hameau magnifique avec de trĂšs jolies balades Ă  proximitĂ©. La maison est Ă  la fois rustique et comfortable, dans le hameau, avec du bois, un espace de vie cuisine salle Ă  manger au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec une cheminĂ©e. L’étage offre un grand living avec coin salon et TV. Il y a de nombreux couchages ! En une 20eme de minutes en voiture vous avez accĂšs Ă  Brides-les-bains qui est reliĂ© par tĂ©lĂ©cabine Ă  MĂ©ribel et le 3 VallĂ©es, c’est trĂšs simple d’accĂšs. En 10-12 min de voiture vous ĂȘtes Ă  Moutiers avec des commerces, bref tout est accessible facilement et en mĂȘme temps la maison est un peu isolĂ©e proche de la nature. Karen et Kevin ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actifs et extrĂȘmement sympathiques : produits du terroir avec message de bienvenue laissĂ©s Ă  notre attention, sapin et dĂ©corations de NoĂ«l pour les enfants, etc. Je recommande vivement !
