Nestled in the heart of downtown Charleston, this is an ideal location, with easy access to historic sites, restaurants, shops and more. Experience the luxury of living downtown Charleston.



The Space:

Originally a historic coach house, this space has been thoughtfully transformed into a modern luxury apartment that combines historic Charleston charm with contemporary comfort. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom stocked with towels, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.



Guests may also enjoy the private outdoor sitting area, as well as the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. One complimentary off-street parking space is included with the reservation.

*Please note this rental is only eligible for a minimum of 30 nights. Free off-street parking is offered for one regular-sized vehicle or mid sized SUV in a reserved spot. (Not suitable for large trucks or extra-long SUVs.) 7' clearance under ivy-covered driveway entrance.

Perfect location in Charleston!

You can walk everywhere! Gorgeous and safe neighborhood. I absolutely LOVED everything about it. The hosts were kind and welcoming. It was quiet. It provided everything I needed for a wonderful stay!

My month at the Coach House was everything I hoped it would be. The location couldn’t have been better with an easy walk to Charleston’s historic streets, beautiful churches, galleries, restaurants, and the waterfront. It was the perfect home base for painting, exploring, and enjoying all that downtown Charleston has to offer.Anna and George were gracious, responsive hosts who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Whenever I had a question, they were quick to help, while still giving me complete privacy throughout my stay.The Coach House was comfortable, charming, and well suited for an extended visit. I especially appreciated having my own quiet space in such a beautiful neighborhood.I left with wonderful memories of my month as an artist in Charleston and would happily stay here again. Best location in Charleston

Wonderful stay. Anna and George are the best! Stayed for seven weeks and only had to take the truck out once a week for groceries. Walk to everything.. Great Charleston experience.

Amazing location, better property managers

Serene, historic, beautiful home in the heart of the Holy City. Don’t pass this place up if you’re looking to experience Charleston at its core. This little house is very beautiful. The area is classic and charming. We will miss the short walks to the battery. The landlord is thoughtful and took care of all our needs.
