This 1BR suite has a separate entrance and self check-in keypad to ensure complete privacy. Included in this listing are: all linens, iron, mini-ironing board, Keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, utensils, plates, and wine glasses. Also included are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bottled water, coffee/tea, snacks, and a welcome gift upon your arrival. Please contact me prior to check-in if you would like to have any additional items available.

The Neighborhood:
Many activities and local sites are within walking distance. If you have a small to mid-sized vehicle, I highly recommend that you leave your vehicle in my parking lot during your stay & utilize Uber, a pedi-cab, or rent a bike to explore the city (i.e. The City Market, Rainbow Row, South Battery, etc).

Great experience over all. Super comfy bed with great pillows. Immaculately clean and stylishly decorated. We particularly enjoyed the added touch of a keurig & a selection of teas & coffees, which we enjoyed on the piazza both mornings. We felt like this was a fairly safe area and not too far to some great restaurants & historical sites. Thank you for such a cozy place!

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Only be prepared to walk at least a few miles or get uber or pedicab. Owner will tell you this also. Restaurants around the corner are an easy walk and food is good.

Property was very clean and well equipped. We were very happy with our room. Check in was very quick and easy. The only thing we would have liked would be a list of the restaurants nearby that we could have walked to. We found several on our own but a list would have helped. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the room as a great place to stay.

Sweet & Perfect location!

We loved our time in Charleston and this room was the perfect spot for us to rest and re-group in between all the exploring (and eating!) we did. Location is close to King Street and steps from many lovely coffee shops and restaurants. We had excellent communication with our host and the room was very clean and nicely decorated. Why Settle for Cookie Cutter

We enjoyed our stay at the JJW Inn. When my husband and I travel we look for accommodations that are both walkable and away from the crowds. The walk to the waterfront of Charleston took us through wonderful neighborhoods with interesting historic homes, cute coffee shops, and eclectic restaurants. Heading out of town to hit Sullivan Island and Shem Creek Park was an easy drive. The room we had may strike some as small but the use of space and the decor were spot on.

An amazing stay!

Me and my boyfriend came to Charleston for a few days and this spot was perfect! In a good neighborhood, walking distance/super short Uber to kings street, super clean, and had everything we needed. You can hear footsteps upstairs as this is a bottom unit but there’s nothing anyone can do about that. If you’re a light sleeper there’s a noise machine provided which is nice! Host is very accommodating and let us checkout late due to some car issues. Overall we had an amazing trip, would definitely book again!

The room was very comfortable with a private little porch to enjoy relaxing with a glass of your favorite beverage. The bathroom is small but very clean and modern. A couple of small breakfast places close. Less than a mile walk to downtown. Comfortable bed. Equipped with a Keurig, coffee, creamer, sugar, wine, microwave.
