Adorable Studio Apartment on golf course in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks, lots of wildlife and little ponds. Fully furnished with a complete kitchen, washer and dryer, Wifi & cable, 5 minutes from 3 historic plantations, 15 - 20 minutes to downtown Charleston and beaches. New Construction and VERY clean. Guests should add the towels and linens to the wash machine. Please do not wash the duvet or shams. All dishes must be loaded in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Only one car is allowed on premises, due to limited parking. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10pm to 9am. The house accommodates the people who are registered to stay there. Additional guests are not allowed. Wear and tear happens, I would not enforce the security deposit unless something was purposely broken or stolen.

Very nice efficiency apartment

We loved the apartment at Christina's property. It had everything we needed and easy to take care of. A very nice neighborhood with access to any destination. It made our 4 day stay there so much fun. I would recommend this for any stay in Charleston for 2 people. Thank you Christina for hosting us! Sheila S.

Great Stay

Everything about this stay was lovely. The location was convenient. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The owner communicated quickly to any questions. I would stay at this location again in the future.

Quick weekend trip for a wedding

Location is great; very safe, quiet, and private. The home is just so unbelievably well put together and has everything you could possibly need. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on…As a host as well, I most definitely recommend staying here!
