Great, clean, condo

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our weekend out of town. Clean, quiet and lovely. Definitely will seek this listing out again when we come back to Charleston. Close to Summerville where we spent a lot of time on this trip.

Perfect Place

Easy to get to, close to shopping area, very clean and very comfortable, love the extra goodies that was left for guests. Will stay there again next time we are in town, the best part is very affordable

The property is in a nice secluded section of a catered community and is extremely well kept. Very clean and close to amenities around the Charleston area! Would recommend and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Lovely place!

I have stayed here twice now while coming to Charleston for concerts or just to visit the marketplace. It's a great place to stay. Comfortable beds and the beverages and snacks are an added plus. I highly recommend!

Great Place To Stay

I was there for the fourth of July. If you love history this is the place to stay. You have the plantations, gardens and state parkk off the same road. Walmart is just down the road.

Great stay

Perfect for my husband and I and our daughter and her boyfriend. They're relocating to the area and we all came down to find them a place to live. It was centrally located and close to Charleston too. The property was clean and comfortable.

Nice condo

The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything needed. Appreciated the coffee, snacks, and drinks! The neighborhood is quiet and near the airport. Also easy access to the highways to get you anywhere around Charleston. Would consider again for my next Charleston trip.

We had a lot of fun! We took in the history of Boone Hall Plantation and Ft Sumter. We also enjoyed a carriage tour of downtown Charleston and shopping at the City Market. The location of the condo to the airport was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable!

Quiet and private

Condo was nice and updated with nice flooring, tile and paint. It was quiet and set behind another condo so very private. As with other reviews, there was noise from the upper unit, like a small child running around. But the noise didnt occur at odd hours, more just in the afternoon. It was a nice place.

Nice North Charleston Location

Communication was good with host. The neighborhood and security at the gate were nice. The beds were comfortable and the condo was roomy for two adults. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer in the condo. At arrival, the snacks/drinks were welcoming. The condo is on the ground level, the family living above does have children so there is some noise from running above. A little more attention to cleaning toilets and kitchen floor would be suggested but cleaning supplies were available. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience while visiting the Charleston area.

The condo we stayed was in a close location to downtown Charleston and in the pretty quiet neighborhood. The condo had everything you need being away from home. Rooms were pretty clean, enough dishes and other supplies. The issues that we had were the upstairs neighbor's child running in the early mornings and late nights. Also, we had an issue with cockroaches that we found in the dishwasher every time we needed to load or unload it. The garbage dumpster was very hard to find and then you need to take a few stairs to dump the trash bag into the dumpster. So if you are up to this challenge then this is the place to stay while visiting the town. Otherwise we had a good time .

Born and raised in the Chas. area so know the area pretty good. I am a local Real Estate agent and when selecting property for short term rentals looked at properties in areas which I would enjoy staying in if I was traveling. Prior to starting real estate career I was in management and traveled some so l always looked for accommodations which were very clean and good location. Love my family, blessed to have some great friends and always enjoy making new friends. Enjoy just about any outdoor sport or adventure. Love to cook and grill out as well as working in yard and drinking cup of good coffee on back porch in the mornings.
