300 m from the ocean, on the edge of the forest, not overlooked this villa can comfortably accommodate a family or several and up to 8 (and even 10 people) thanks to its interior layout (5 independent bedrooms) and its construction on 2 levels).

The ground floor offers a very large room with living room, dining room (table for 8 people), 2 bedrooms with double bed, a spacious bathroom overlooking the forest with bath and separate shower and 2 sinks, Separate WC with washbasin.
and kitchen.

2 large French doors allow the stay to communicate on one level with a large terrace protected from the sea wind and partly covered. This makes it possible to take in the summer breakfast and all meals (table size adjustable up to 10 people). The terrace communicates with the ground where children can play freely.

The floor offers a large bedroom with double bed and 2 other bedrooms with single beds. The bright and good size bathroom has 2 sinks and a shower. The toilets with washbasin are separated.

Note also an outdoor shower protected from the eyes for beach returns.
