Nestled inside the exclusive gates of the Punta Mita Private Resort—home to the iconic Four Seasons, St. Regis, Montage, and Pendry—this beautiful ocean-view condo offers the luxury of a five-star resort with the ease and comfort of home. The residence was fully remodeled in Fall 2025 and includes a dedicated housekeeper/cook who prepares two meals of your choice, along with TWO GOLF carts for convenient transportation throughout your stay.

Registered guests are granted exclusive access to Punta Mita’s world-class amenities through our Premier Membership, featuring the Four Seasons Jack Nicklaus Pacifico and Bahía golf courses, a state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and pádel courts. Applicable golf, court, and fitness fees apply.

Beach Club Access

Punta Mita now offers a one-time, per-person access fee for vacation rental guests, replacing daily food and beverage minimums. This single fee grants access to all Punta Mita beach clubs for the duration of your stay, providing a seamless and cost-effective experience.

Beach clubs include:
• Pacifico Beach Club – Full restaurant, two pools, spa, paddle and surfboard rentals, children’s play area, and more
• Kupuri Beach Club – Restaurant, spa, beach activity rentals, children’s care center, and play area
• Sufito’s Beach Club – A more intimate setting with a spectacular pool, cabana seating, floating island pier, water sports rentals, and on-site restaurant
• El Surf Beach Club at La Lancha – About 15 minutes away, known for breathtaking views and excellent surf; open for breakfast, lunch, drinks, and dinner
• St. Regis Beach Club – Available when the hotel is not at maximum capacity, ideal for a pampered beach experience. Daily use fee applies.
• Hacienda Beach Club – Located 100 yards from our condo; food and drinks are cash only and it’s a wonderful gathering spot for friends and family staying elsewhere in the resort

The Condo

Hacienda de Mita Condominiums are the only truly beachfront condos within the Punta Mita Resort, and the beach is accessible byway of the Hacienda de Mita beach club.

The condo features:
• Three spacious ensuite bedrooms
• One additional bunk room with a bathroom and shower
• Comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests
• Washer and dryer located in the bunk room
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together. A 20-foot wall of stacking glass doors opens onto a large private ocean-view terrace (30’ x 15’)—perfect for indoor/outdoor living. The space is thoughtfully furnished with ample seating and includes:
• 72” flat-screen TV in the great room
• 55” TV in the primary bedroom & 32” in second primary bedroom
• All TVs U.S. programming

The entire condo is equipped with a whole-home water purification system, an additional reverse-osmosis faucet at the kitchen sink, and a water cooler for added convenience.

Service & Concierge

Our wonderful housekeeper and cook, Jobita, is available six days a week and provides daily housekeeping along with freshly prepared breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Dinner can be prepared upon request and will be left in the oven or refrigerator before she departs for the day.

Prior to your arrival, you will be introduced to our professional concierge team, who can assist with grocery shopping, airport transportation, dining reservations, whale-watching tours, and any other experiences you wish to arrange. A concierge team member will personally greet you upon arrival.

Location & Lifestyle

The condo is ideally located for a two minute walk into the charming town of Punta de Mita, offering excellent beachfront restaurants and local shops. Within the resort, guests have access to our 2 six-passenger golf cart, beach clubs, golf, tennis, and dining.

Punta Mita is exceptionally family-friendly and offers activities for both relaxation and adventure, including surfing, paddleboarding, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, whale watching, biking, hiking, horseback riding, golf, tennis, pickleball, and more.

House Rules & Safety
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests, including children and infants
• No parties or large gatherings inside the condo
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• For larger gatherings, the Hacienda de Mita Beach Club is recommended

"Luxury family Vacation" 5 Stars
This property is everything it advertised and more!! The condo was spacious, immaculately kept, and offered the most amazing views of the Bay! Jobita was able to provide us all of the services we requested and was available to help us with any questions we had during our stay. Jobita prepared the most delicious meals, and was sure to make any requests we had available. The premier membership is the gold standard in Punta Mita. We could use the newest and most amazing beach Kapuri Beach Club at our leisure, where the food and drinks were delicious. (And moderately priced). Having choices for my two small children was definitely a benefit! The golf courses were beautiful, and the beaches were the best I have seen on the Pacific. Again, all of the options were very well kept and clean. Hacienda de Mita offered us the ability to walk by beach if we wished to so many wonderful restaurants. Again, the grounds and security teams make sure the place is extremely clean and safe all the time. I can't say enough about how safe EVERYTHING felt. The golf cart was top quality, and the SUV made it so easy to run to the market (3 minute drive) to pick up anything we needed. Having the St. Regis and Four Seasons Spa to choose from... there is no comparison. And then there are all the activities to choose from! We didn't feel our kids were ready to participate, the are only 3 and 4, but we are excited to take them back. Punta Mita has quickly become a family favorite and we are looking forward to returning very soon!

'Spectacular Condo!' - 5 of 5 stars
We loved the condo and the location!
The condo was beyond 5 stars-- it's even better than the photos. 3500 sq feet. Everything is brand new. The master overlooks the ocean. The front balcony is about 1000 sq. feet and the perfect place to hang out.
The owner's beach club is perfect. It's small-- amazing food-- great service-- right down the beach from the Four Season's beach club.... and much better in my opinion.We would rent the condo again and again again!

Our family has traveled to Hawaii, Grand Cayman, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, and now Punta Mita together. Your home is one of our most pleasant destinations ever. Cesar was most helpful and thoughtful. The housekeeper and cook (Jobita) was terrific - especially with a large group. All of the resort personnel were fabulous. We will be returning next year.
