Fantastic location and condominium

Plenty of space for all our teens and their friends. The condominium has wonderful views down to the ocean / bay. It's spotless and well appointed. We had a terrific stay.

Property was fabulous with gorgeous views! Very clean. Some miscommunication between our concierge and chef, but it was no big deal. We extended our stay and the owner was wonderful to let us have a late check out. Excellent trip.

Paradise in Punta Mita

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo suited our family of seven perfectly. We loved the wall-to-wall doors that opened between the living/dining room and the outside porch area. The kitchen was well-stocked. We also appreciated the proximity to town and took advantage of dinners in Punta de Mita.

Girl's Trip

This was an annual girl's trip and the property was perfect! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious for the six of us. We enjoyed our coffee talk every morning lounging on the outdoor patio and then making breakfast in the perfect kitchen. We spent the rest of the day driving in the fun red golf cart to different beach clubs each day. The trip could not be more perfect and we will be coming back!

Overall lovely

The location was great! Our family had a lovely time exploring the beach clubs and various restaurants in Punta de mita. The house keeping was not the best (no dish soap, stains on the couch, a dog bowl that was never picked up/cleaned) and the golf cart died extremely quickly (some occasions we had to push it forward). But overall we loved our vacation!

Great stay in Punta Mita

This was our second time staying in Punta Mita and it was just as awesome as the first visit. We had two families stay at the property and there was plenty of room for everyone! The property is very well appointed and as described. Th concierge, JJ was very helpful and attentive. We had Moni as our chef for breakfast and housekeeper. Her food was delicious! She did a great job!! We loved going to the beach clubs every day. Highly recommend the property and Punta Mita!

Great Area, Nice Condo. Air conditioner problem in one bedroom

Punta Mita resort area was great. We felt very comfortable and safe. Beach club at Hacienda Mita condos, short walk down the hill, was perfect to relax by the pool. Luis would serve drinks and walk into town to bring back food to the swimming pool. Pedestrian gate by beach club allowed us to easily walk from resort into town of Punta de Minta for dinner most nights. Condo was nice with golf course and sea views. Plenty of room for our party of six. I did have a significant problem with the air conditioning. Each room has a separate a/c. The a/c in our bedroom did not work the entire stay. Temperature stayed about 76 deg. F in bedroom even with bedroom door open 24/7. Sleeping was uncomfortable. Maintenance men worked on unit second and third day. I was told a part had to be ordered to repair the a/c. Did not arrive by the time I left.

Gorgeous Condo w all the Amenities

Gorgeous condo w amazing views. Very comfortable bedrooms and very well appointed kitchen. More than enough space for the 4 of us. We could have doubled the size of our group and still been very comfortable. Club access to all the beach clubs was a lot of fun and appreciated. The condo was immaculate and had daily cleaning service from super sweet young lady. I’m a tough critic when spending this kind of money, and it was well worth it. A rare occasion (for me) where the experience exceeded my expectations. Also concierge had some helpful suggestions and made good recommendations for activities and meals. 5 stars plus.
