Private swimming pool with steps (8m x 4m, Depth 80/220 - Barrier). Terraces with garden furniture and deckchairs. Parking . Bus stop at the foot of the Domain. Restaurants and shops 500 m. Palais des Festivals 3 km. Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
Air-conditioned villa of 160m ² on 2 levels with: Living / dining room with TV (TNT), Internet 4G, exit to terrace. Fully equipped open kitchen. WC invited. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
At pool level: Master bedroom with 1 double bed (160). Bathroom. 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (2x80), Shower room. Separate WC. 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (140) with exit to the swimming pool. Bathroom.
