This new house can accommodate up to 7 people, it is located at the gates of Saint-Malo on a plot of 1200 m2 fenced and very quiet, possibility of parking several vehicles.

Composition of the house:

The living room, the dining room, the fitted kitchen and a bathroom.

Upstairs:
3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a powder room

No need to bring your sheets, the beds will be made upon arrival, they are all equipped with duvets.

OPTION NOT REQUIRED:

  - We provide tea towels and hand towels for € 5 per person.

- We can offer cleaning service for an amount of € 50.

Great for family with kids and dog

The big fenced garden is great to play soccer or badminton and come with dog. The two toilets are separated from the bathroom (great) but don't have a sink (fine to get used to it). The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is clean, but some furnitures were pretty rustical/bit broken. Nothing that really matters but prevents from giving 5 stars

Très belle maison avec tout à disposition, dans un endroit très calme et bien située au centre de tout (Cancale, Mont St Michel, Saint-Malo,...). Maison propre et bien moderne. Un accueil très chaleureux et très agréable. Il nous explique tout ce qu'il faut savoir sur les lieux et les endroits à visiter. Je recommande cette maison pour passer des vacances en famille.

Wir haben in St. Jouan des Guerets ein sauberes und gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus für bis zu 6 Personen vorgefunden. Der Garten war komplett eingezäunt und wirklich riesengroß. Am Haus haben uns besonders die ruhige Lage und die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Schlafzimmer gefallen. Die Dusche mit Regendusche war hervorragend. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zuhause! Für unsere beiden Hunde war der Garten das Paradies. Morgens wurde alles abgeschnüffelt und Stare und Tauben verjagt. Für uns war es toll, dass die Hunde durch den Zaun geschützt waren. Auch das Auto stand direkt am Haus. Das Tor zum Haus war abschließbar. Wir waren Gwénaël sehr dankbar, dass er uns am Haus in Empfang genommen hat. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk hat er uns einen leckeren Rosé-Cidre aus der Region um den Fluss Rance auf den Tisch gestellt!!! Hmmmm!Wir können das Haus wirklich nur empfehlen! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und erklärt einem alles technische sowohl auf Englich als auch Französisch, sodass man auch mit der in Frankreich anders funktionierenden Mülltrennung zurecht kommt.Vielen Dank, Monsieur Gwénaël!Sabine und Dieter

Très bonnes vacances en famille en Bretagne

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié: - la situation: à equi-distance entre St Malo, Cancale et Dinard, idéale pour explorer les environs (voiture indispensable!) - le grand jardin qui a fait le bonheur des enfants - la proximité du boulanger pour aller chercher son pain à pied le matin - la réactivité du propriétaire: le petit souci que nous avons eu à l'arrivée avec le lave-vaisselle a été tout de suite réglé. - la possibilité d'arriver tot - la cuisine bien équipée Bref: une très bonne location que nous recommandons!

Schönes Haus

Tolle Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar, Bäcker, Metzgerei, Käseladen. Mit dem Bus erreichen das Zentrum von Saint Malo. Ein empfehlenswerter Ort. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, ist aber etwas abgewohnt.

Schön - und super für Hunde

Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind in Ordnung, allerdings war das Zimmer mit dem Hochbett für unsere 2 Teenager (13 + 15 Jahre) nicht geeignet (Zimmer zu klein, oberes Bett zu klapprig). Der große Garten ist komplett umzäunt und vom Haus aus kann man eine tolle Hunderunde an der Rance entlang laufen. Das Haus hat eine super Ausgangslage für Ausflüge - wir waren nur mit dem Auto unterwegs, aber ab der Dorfmitte (5 Fußminuten) könnte man auch den Bus nehmen. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Gutes Ferienhaus mit super Ausgangslage

Wir haben das Haus mit Baby und Hund bewohnt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für das tägliche Kochen benötigt. Außerdem war das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück super für den Hund. Die vorhandenen Sachen, wie Babybett, Wickelkommode und Stühlchen waren super für unser Kind. Der Ort ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge.
