This spacious, luxurious 4 bedroom/4-bathroom villa, nestled in the brand-new Casitas at Sienna Hills, is the perfect weeklong or weekend retreat. Ideally located near Zion and St. George, Utah, this vacation rental knows no bounds as far as recreation and entertainment goes.

The Comforts of Home

With four master suites (3 with 50” flat screen TV's), a sleeper sofa and blow-up beds for added overnight guests, luxuriously equipped bathrooms, and all the details thought of for you, you'll feel pampered and refreshed during your stay. Extra pillows and blankets are always on hand, and hair dryers, card games, Blu-ray/DVD players, a full laundry room, and other necessary accoutrements have already been provided for you. For added convenience, there is a 2 car attached garage and additional parking nearby.

You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in this gourmet kitchen. Featuring Stainless steel appliances as well as a side by side refrigerator featuring an icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a gas range with stove top. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, teapot, crock pot, blender, pancake grill, turkey roaster, toaster, spices, electric wine opener, hand mixer, and mixing bowls to enjoy baking. The dining table will seat 6 with an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen island.

With the two amazing great rooms come two large flat screen TVs, perfect for watching movies or catching that big game. Walking trails, nearby parks, and a gorgeous community pool (open for lap-swimming) with a hot tub ensure that all guests are able to get out and stretch their legs, regardless of the weather, and without needing a car. This Casita brings the resort to you!

You will also enjoy the back patio with beautiful views where you can enjoy the warm summer breeze, or sit around the fire pit on those cooler evenings. The patio also boasts a BBQ and a table with 8 chairs for outdoor dining.

For The Outdoors Lover

St. George and Zion Utah are home to some of the world's most glorious and extensive trails in the nation. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State park is only 20 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. Zion National Park features perfect conditions for rock climbing, mountain biking and exploring all the canyons! You may also want to enjoy a day trip to Lake Powell, which is just over 2-hour drive. The second largest man-made lake in the US and without a doubt the most scenic, the technical name is Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. It's worth the trip!

An 8-lane 25-yard competition pool is complemented by a 10,174 square foot beach entry leisure pool with a lazy river, 3 story hydro tube slides, play sets for all ages, splash pad, and an enormous 317-gallon dump bucket designed to keep you cool!
