House of 40 m² including a kitchen, bathroom and living room and a floor allowing 3 to 4 beds (a double bed and 2 singles including a child bed -10 years). Fully equipped house: kitchen utensils and crockery, fridge, microwave, induction hob, washing machine. Cot available.
Small terrace with garden furniture, in front of the house, parking space. The house is located in the countryside, a 10-minute walk from the banks of the Vilaine and a 15-minute drive from La Roche-Bernard. For visits, you can consider the Branféré zoo, the Tropical park (birds), the salt marshes of Guérande, La Baule, the Brière regional natural park, the Yves Rocher à la Gacilly site or the Gulf of Morbihan and its he is! The owners speak English.

    Nice and cosy

    A nice and cosy litte farm house right in the middle of the French country side. Many interesting places including beach resorts within reach by car. We very much enjoyed our stay, a great place to relax and unwind.

    Comme souvent maintenant propriétaire pas là pour l'accueil,pas de communication quand les proprios sont arrivés.heureusement qu'il y avait des voisins pour discuter de la région. Le gîte est sympa mais minimum vital a l'intérieur.un peu déçu au final

    nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. première fois que nous découvrons la bretagne et cette petite maison à tout ce qu'il faut ! j'y suis allée avec mon papa et nos deux teckels, je remercie d'ailleurs Sandrine qui accepte les chiens. endroit en pleine campagne, jardin fleuri ... un vrai petit paradis.

    Sehr charmantes kleines altes Haus im kleinen Hofgarten mit den sehr freundlichen Eigentümern, daher nur begrenzte Privatsphäre. Auf die teils sehr niedrigen Balken sollte hingewiesen werden. Absolut ruhige Lage. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles hat Charakter.

    CALME ET REPOSANT

    Si vous cherchez un endroit un peu retiré, calme et très reposant, c'est chez Sandrine et Gaël. On se surprend à écouter le silence. Les photos et descriptifs sont conformes à l'annonce. L'endroit est propre, bien équipé et bien aménagé et nos hôtes furent très sympathiques et très à l'écoute. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

    Jolie maison typique

    La location manque d intimité la terrasse est en vis à vis de celle des propriétaires du logement. La cuisine est bien équipée et une jolie attention des propriétaires avec quelques boissons fraîches à notre arrivée. Un axe d amélioration sur le ballon d eau chaude qui ne permet pas de prendre des douches chaudes à 3 personnes (trop petit je pense) La location est un peu loin de tout, le canapé lit n est pas des plus confortable et alors nous avons eu le droit à une attaque la dernière nuit d une escadrille de moustiques ( nous n avons pu dormir que 4 heures dans la nuit ...)

    Merci pour ces appréciations qui nous permettront d'améliorer le confort de notre location. Concernant le ballon d'eau chaude, nous étudions son remplacement. Pour ce qui est de l'intimité, malgré un gros arbuste et un olivier qui cachent bien le vis à vis, nous envisageons de mettre à disposition un paravent. Un lit 2 places à l'étage sera prochainement installé afin que le canapé lit soit utilisé uniquement en canapé. Pour les moustiques c'est vrai que c'est certainement dû à une forte augmentation de température soudaine...ce qui n'est pas des plus habituels. Nous placerons toutefois une prise anti-moustiques pour les locataires qui souhaiteront l'utiliser.

    The house is situated in very pretty country. All was good, very clean and comfortable house. The host is very kind and communication was fast and without problems. I recommend this house, it was for us the best choice!
