This perfectly located condo is just a few minutes walking distance to Cabo's Medano Beach and downtown. The condo has 2 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms that have access to the balcony. The condo can accommodate 5 guests with the additional rollaway. Turn on the BBQ on the spacious Patio while you are enjoying the beautiful view of the courtyard and pool. The Kitchen has everything to satisfy your cooking needs, with both indoor and outdoor dining spaces. To keep you comfortable in the warm summer evenings there are new Mini Split Air Conditioners in each room, Satellite, Flat Screen TV in each room. Free dedicated Internet.

Fantastic condo and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Cabo. Location is very convenient and a short walk to the marina and beach. All the conveniences of home with a nice pool. Definitely recommend!

Nice condo with great location

We had a great stay at Marina Sol. Condo is a little dated but was clean and spacious. The balcony and pool are really nice. Great location to all of Cabo San Lucas, and a 30 minute Uber ride to San Jose del Cabo. Host was friendly and responsive.

Great Condo!

I went to Cabo with a large group and among us we rented 5 condos and everyone agreed that this one was the best! Lots of light, spacious and a big balcony overlooking the pool. Would definitely stay here again. Property Manager was very responsive, fair and helpful.

Amazing location and value! For the price this place is hard to beat. The unit looks exactly like the listed pictures. We did have some trouble with the grill, the dials were a bit sticky. Other than that, everything was great!

Excellent place

The property is in a great location and the staff there could not have been more accommodating and friendly. They were fantastic. Julian was so awesome! Walking distance to the beach, marina and Walmart. Private grill was a bonus. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities needed to cook. It was nice to have a bar and restaurant onsite to complement cooking in the condo. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Fantastic all around.

Family Vacation - Feb 2023

We loved everything about Cabo, especially Marina Sol. The property was perfect. It was centrally located, well appointed and not fancy/stuffy. Everyone was super nice. Lorena and Gabriel and the lobby bar/store were awesome. Javier and Alejandro at the pool bar were great. Elly at the activities desk arranged a super fun sunset party cruise for us. We walked to lots of great bars and restaurants. We also walked to the huge supermarket one block away for our drinks and delicious affordable pastries for breakfast. We rented a car and could park it free right at the condo. Could drive to Costco/Walmart. Driving very easy. We went to lots of beautiful beaches as well as San Jose del Cabo and Todos Santos/Cerritos Beach. Awesome vacation. Can’t wait to come back

My family has owned this condo since its inception back in 1985. As a family we have been coming to Cabo for many years and have so many fond memories of this condo located at Marina Sol. Cabo has definitely changed over the last 30 years, yet Marina Sol has been a consistent oasis for our family and all of our guests. We now spend most of our time in Todo Santos, Baja California Sur - just 40 minutes up the Pacific Coast from Cabo San Lucas.

Why they chose this property

The location is so convenient and gives you the option to walk to the beach or explore all of downtown Cabo with out needing a car. The private pool and restaurant onsite allow you to relax without vendors and crowds. Its quite, quaint and privately owned.
