Lovely one bedroom overlooking the pool. Loved the lanai. The washer and dryer was an added amenity for an extended stay. Nice restaurant next door. Very well maintained. Would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. It was very nice and quiet. Screened in balcony overlooks the condo pool. Restaurant is a stone’s throw away and has live music at night. Host was easy to communicate with.

Everything was great. Our kids & other family members also rented a few other rooms at this condo. There is also someone that lives on the premises, if you need anything. Even caught a few fish.

Thank you very much for your review. Cheryl (lives in building) is our secret weapon. She is what sets us apart from the rest of the units for rent. If its extra towels, how to work the TV to secret restaurants to check out she is available since she is in the same building!

Beautiful Marina

Very safe gated property, friendly people. comfortable balcony and king size bed. Quiet area.Although comfortable,condo could use some updating. Well maintained warm pool.

Yes, there are still remnants of hurricane Ion which they just updated it to a Category five. There is till cleanup in and around Burnt store. Many large gas station and store signs are still down from hurricane but are still open for business. Roofs are still waiting for replacement. 95% of the stores are still open for business and we all Thank you for supporting the community.

Nice condo! Mike was easy to work with

The view of the Marina from balcony was nice. It was also easy to walk to the Marina restaurant,bar, and convenience store. It's about a 10 min drive to the grocery and other restaurants. The pool looked nice. We will definently keep this place in our list for next time we visit family at Burnt Store Marina!

Did not stay in the Unit.

There was an error on the property owns part, he gave us the wrong check-in information. When we unlocked the unit it was obvious that someone else was staying there. After several hours of trying to contact the owner, we contacted VRBO. VRBO could not contact the owner either. We ended up staying elsewhere. Once the owner did contact us it was determined that he mistakenly gave us the wrong unit number and check-in information. Everyone makes mistakes. The measure of one's character is what one does after making the mistake. The unit's owner has character, he did everything one would have wanted him to do in trying to correct his mistake. VRBO was also helpful. We did not stay in the unit but I would rent from this owner again.

Hurricane Iona

We loss the use 0f our house because of the hurricane. WE had a hard time finding a place to stay . that wasn't real expen This one was greatit had 2 bedrooms. we had been living in a 1 bedroom with a small refrigator in the closet. This was heaven. Our house still isn,i ready. Thank you for letting us rent your Condo

Convenient

The property was perfect for our stay. Conveniently located and walking distance to the Cass Cay Restaurant. The owner made it easy for us with good instructions for the condo. I would book again.

Burnt Store Marina

Small but adequate 1 BR Condo , older style. Cute Lanai balcony overlooking the Condo pool. Excellent location , really right next to the Marina , provision store/ deli and Cass Cay restaurant . Nighty entertainment at Cass Cay (outside deck area) Live Music with a great vibe in this older crowd(Retirees / Snowbirds). Plenty of parking right next t the building. We even grilled on the outside BBQ grill 2 x. Heated pool was great. Short drive to Punta Gorda , Matlacha or Cape Coral. 12-15 min drive from Punta Gorda airport. We even saw Manatees swimming in the Marina.

Nice area

Overall decent, cancelled 2 days of prepaid stay on only one day notice and changed unit but refunded both days plus one. Bathtub needed snake clean out due to backup.
