Enjoy this elegantly restored and furnished 1920’s Authentic Spanish Style spacious Los Angeles two bedroom one bath apartment...an excellent Live-Work Environment and your Home-Away from Home...plus many Amenities and Parking.
Located in a vibrant LA neighborhood and close to Larchmont Village, The Grove, walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, shopping.
Fabulous location....short walk to the famous Grove and Farmers Market, LACMA and the La Brea Tar Pits.
We are only 10 minutes away from the world-famous bars and clubs of Hollywood, WeHo, and the Sunset Strip.
The property's prime location in the heart of the city make it an excellent rental for travelers with work commitments in Hollywood and the Film Studios, Mid-Wilshire, Beverly Hills, The Westside, Downtown LA, or Koreatown.
The 1600 sq. ft. apartment has a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a guest bedroom with a full-sized bed. We have one full bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. Guests may use all cooking and eating utensils and will access to all appliances in the kitchen. The living room has 1 comfortable wide sofa for sleeping.... if there is a 6th guest we can offer an airbed or a cot. The living room is a great place to relax with a cozy Spanish style electric fireplace.

LOVED our stay

Cozy, spacious, stylish, clean and in a great neighborhood. The arrival instructions were easy to follow and we had our own door code. the onsite parking was great and there was everything we needed within walking distance. We could walk to the Grove!! The apartment is on the main level... no climbing stairs. We highly recommend this apartment .... it made our LA trip most enjoyable.

Exclusive nice larger clean rooms on lower level.

Plus point is rooms are on lower level not to climb stairs. Small building larger and big rooms well maintained. Area is very close to Grove Shopping mall. Big refrigerator, stove, laundry, HDTV, Internet all exclusive what else we need!
