700 meters on foot from the private and public beaches of Saint-Tropez and less than 2 km from the Port, charming house of 55 m2 with irresistible character, combining the charm of modern decoration with a traditional touch. Attic, on the ground floor, it has 2 gardens: a real haven of peace ideal for family holidays. The most demanding will appreciate the simplicity and elegance of an impeccable and functional house, completely renovated in spring 2017. The furniture and equipment are new, as is the garden furniture, bedding and linens.

Comprising of an entrance hall, a living room with flat-screen TV area and its reading corner overlooking the garden, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and a triple bedroom) each with '' wardrobe and flat screen TV. The bedrooms are separated by the shower room with 1 walk-in shower - double sinks - 1 hanging toilet. An outdoor cellar houses a washing machine.

Enjoy this "cozy" house with a garden bordered by oleanders and jasmine on the back with a majestic palm tree and its 40 m2 wooden terrace. Integrated lighting allows you to enjoy beautiful summer evenings with family or friends in complete privacy.

Located above the famous hotel "Le KUBE", the location of this house is ideal for going to the beach or to reach the center and the shops on foot or by bike, spending a relaxing peaceful holiday away from the summer bustle but close from the heart of Saint-Tropez. Take advantage of the 2 tennis courts and the secure swimming pool (supervised in July-August), available in the residence.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer tollen Umgebung

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, der immer warm und sauber war. Auch der Strand war sehr schön. Immer mit Blick auf Saint-Tropez. Es wĂ€re hilfreich, wenn in den Unterlagen noch ein paar Tipps stehen wĂŒrden: Wo ist der nĂ€chste Supermarkt oder BĂ€ckerei etc. Wer die Möglichkeit hat, FahrrĂ€der mitzunehmen, sollte das nutzen. Dann ist Saint-Tropez nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Zu Fuß braucht man sonst etwa eine halbe Stunde. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Tout est pensĂ©, et chose trĂšs apprĂ©ciable : vous trouverez en arrivant tout ce qu’il faut pour ne pas avoir besoin de repartir en course dĂšs votre arrivĂ©e. Avant de dĂ©baller vos valises, vous vous poserez dans le jardin avec votre tasse de thĂ© (ou un verre de rosĂ©, si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez !), et vous rĂ©aliserez que vous avez fait le bon choix.

En cette année "particuliÚre", je pense avoir encore plus appréciée ces 2 semaines écoulées dans la Happy House ! Le cadre était idyllique, la maison calme et trÚs sereine. Les propriétaires charmants et à l'écoute, mon mari souhaite la louer pour l'été prochain. Je recommande sans hésitation la Happy House et tout le charme de la région et Saint-Tropez bien entendu ! Comfortable & agréable

La maison est trÚs pratique et bien équipé. Tout prÚs de la plage de la Bouillabaisse et à 1,5 km du Port de Saint-Tropez, elle est également parfaitement située. La grande piscine et les terrains de tennis du domaine sont un atout. Bien que la maison et le jardin sont petits, il n'y a aucun vis-à-vis et il y a un calme absolu. Pour nous c'était la deuxiÚme visite à la maison, nous sommes trÚs satisfaits.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit toller Einrichtung

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern eine tolle Woche im happy house verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist sympathisch. Gemeinschaftspool und zwei TennisplĂ€tze vorhanden. Gut gelegen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind mit großem Essplatz, Loungeecke und zwei Liegen unter einer großen Palme ausgestattet, perfekt, um den Sommer zu genießen :-) Vielen Dank an Fred fĂŒr die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison bien équipée tout prÚs du centre de Saint-Tropez

Nous étions trÚs satisfaits de notre séjour. La maison est trÚs confortable et joliment décorée. La proximité de Saint-Tropez et de la plage sont des atouts; nous y sommes toujours allés à vélo. La clim fonctionne trÚs bien et elle est silencieuse. La maison est située dans un parc agréable et fleuri, mais un peu vieux; ainsi pour la piscine.

Geschmackvolles HĂ€uschen in toller Lage

Wir haben als Familie mit fast erwachsenen Kindern in diesem sehr schön renovierten, gepflegten Haus 10 entspannende Tage genossen; Aufteilung und Einrichtung sind nahezu perfekt, das Mobiliar ist hochwertig und stilvoll; die KĂŒche ist zwar klein, aber durch die neue und vollstĂ€ndige Ausstattung gut nutzbar. Kleiner, aber geschĂŒtzter und ebenso schön angelegter und ausgestatteter Garten. Ideal fĂŒr vier Personen. Sehr guter, unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Kontaktperson vor Ort. Die Lage ist zentral, Saint Tropez ist zu Fuß in 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
