Beautiful recent Provencal style villa, air-conditioned, 145 m2 on one level, with beautiful garden, swimming pool and heated jacuzzi. Ideally located, 10 minutes walk from the beach, in a quiet environment, in the pine forest, which does not prevent it to be close to shops and the lively Pampelonne and St Tropez a few kilometers. Relaxation, sport, tropézien tumult ... it's up to you to choose the tone of your holiday!

Composition of the house:
The house consists of 3 bedrooms: a master suite with bathroom (with bath and shower, private toilet), 160 bed with high-end bedding, single bed (child), flat screen, and a second bedroom with shower room (composed of a sink and a shower), 2 beds (a double bed and a single bed in mezzanine with security barrier), and separate toilet, and a third room with a double bed of 140. A large living / dining room of 55 m2 with exposed beams, beautiful furniture, Provencal terracotta tiles, fireplace, flat screen, 2 large leather sofas will guarantee you very comfortable evenings.
The kitchen is both authentic and equipped with modernity: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, Senseo coffee maker.
Outside:
The garden is green in spring, like summer, and flowery.
Large bay windows allow a view of the pool and direct access to the terrace of 140 m2 which you can enjoy the day, as the evening overlooking the illuminated pool, and the pine forest in front of the house. The semi-covered terrace is equipped with a dining table, garden furniture and sun loungers, but also a gas griddle.

Around :
The beautiful beach of Escalet (between Cape Taillat and Cap Camarat) is 10 minutes walk (700 m). Starting point of the Littotal trail with its coves and turquoise waters, preserved by the Conservatoire du Littoral. The Escalet beach is the starting point for many walks or hikes to discover the beaches, coves and Mediterranean landscapes.
At the beach you will find a boat launch, a small sports club, tennis courts, a diving club.
The village of Ramatuelle with its square, its market, its restaurants, bars and shops is 5 minutes by car, as well as the beaches of Pampelonne, St Tropez 10 minutes. For your shopping, a supermarket is 2 km away by a road or by a path in the pine forest.
A very nice path between vineyards and pines that starts from the house allows you to walk the youngest, to walk around, or go for a short jog.
Children:
The house welcomes the youngest children with a playground, The pool is secured by a removable barrier. We can also lend you an umbrella bed, a baby bath, a park, toys, and a high chair on request. The terrace can be closed.

Wifi available, Canal +, and Canal Sat (300 French and international channels)

Car park:
2 cars can be parked in the secure compound of the villa (fence and gate opening with remote control).

The supply of sheets and towels is optional and in addition 30 € per bed. End of stay cleaning not included, cleaning fee 120 Euros.
A deposit of 1000 € is required.
The rental rules will be as follows:
- a deposit of 50% upon booking.
- 50% 1 month before arrival.
