Guter Deal im schönsten Teil der Cote d'Azur

Unsere Gruppe kennt die Gegend sehr gut und wir waren wirklich super zufrieden mit dem Haus, der Kommunikation mit Jean-Pierre und Christophe. Das Haus hat wirklich unglaublich viel Potenzial, unschlagbarer Blick, schöner, besonderer Zuschnitt. Wie in so manchen anderen Kommentaren bereits angemerkt - alles schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Uns hat es nicht gestört, denn wer sich in der Gegend auskennt, weiß, dass hier ein sehr faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angeboten wird, zu dem man dann halt ein paar kleine Abstriche akzeptieren muß. Dieses Objekt tip-top renoviert wäre zu dem Mietpreis jedenfalls nicht zu haben. Für uns alles super.

Ein Traum

Eine tolle Immobilie mit einem Traumgarten und Traumblick und der perfekten Lage zum Strand, La Croix, Grimaud, Ramatuelle, St. Tropez… Inclusive einem Zitronenbaum für den Gin Tonic und Kräuter für den Fisch… es wird schwer sein, das zu übertreffen

Mas belle vue!

Traumblick! Schöner geht es überhaupt nicht....wunderbarer Pool (sogar mit Poolbar inkl Kühlschrank) und so verwinkelt aufgeteilt, dass sich auch 2 Familien nicht auf der Pelle sitzen würden. Die Kritik einiger Vorgänger, irgendwelche Sitzmöbel seien angeschlagen, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Erstens hatten wir zB. 4 ganz neue Liegen mit noch unberührten Matelas, Zweitens ist bei dem Klima jedes Jahr wieder etwas zu erneuern (das ist halt so) und Drittens: wer schaut bei diesem Blick schon auf das Sitzmöbel? Wem bei all' dieser Schönheit an Blick und Natur nicht das Herz aufgeht, der hat da auch nichts verloren! Wir haben es aus tiefster Seele genoosen!

Tolle Lage, aber die ist nicht alles.

Auf Grund der schönen Bilder haben wir uns auf eine tolle Urlaubswoche gefreut. Leider waren alle Gartenmöbel in einem sehr, sehr schlechten Zustand. Alle hatten einen Schaden. Auch die Küchenmöbel sind in einem bedauernswerten Zustand. Manche Schubladen fallen beim Öffnen auseinander. Die Kleiderschränke waren voll mit Bettwäsche und konnten von uns nur teilweise genutzt werden. Das Haus war insgesamt sehr schlecht gereinigt. Der Poolbereich war unaufgeräumt und mit sehr viel trocken Laub bedeckt, was wir dann selbst gesäubert hatten. Der Poolboden war nicht besonders sauber. Meine abschließende Meinung zu diesem Haus: Eine wunderbare Lage, leider aber nicht gut gepflegt. In dieser Preisklasse erwarten wir gute, intakte Gartenmöbel und ein sauberes, funktionstüchtiges Haus. Ich empfehle dringend, eine oder 2 Wochenmieten in die Erneuerung von Gartenmöbeln und Küchenmöbeln zu investieren und das Reinigungspersonal zu wechseln, dann ist das wieder ein Haus, das auch wir gerne wieder buchen würden.

In desperate need of TLC

The house has potensiale if the owner puts in money and effort. It was filthy and lacked cups and plates. Old bathrooms, shocking furniture. Beautiful surrondings, though and an ok pool.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit etwas in die Jahre gekommenem Charme in sehr schöner Lage

Sehr schönes Haus, die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr schöne Außenanlage, ein bisschen verwahrlost, aber sehr gemütlich... wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen... leider, leider keine Klimaanlage, bei uns war es schon sehr heiß...

Traumhafter Ort, tolle Natur!

Haus, Grundstück, Garten, Blick und Außenanlagen sind wirklich fantastisch. Ruhe, Natur pur und eine Aussicht aufs Meer, die einfach einmalig ist. Die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hier bräuchte das Haus ein kleines Update. Ansonsten: toller, erholsamer Urlaub!
