Beautiful house 200M from the lake with access to a very nice private beach in the pines with boat pontoons usable by the tenants.
The ocean is a 5 minute drive.
The house, completely renovated in 2018, is in a privileged setting in a peaceful setting among the pines and has a 1300 m2 plot on which the secure swimming pool is located.
Golf, tennis and the sailing club are a few kilometers away. The Pyla dune is a 15-minute drive away. You can practice many activities suitable for adults and children on the lake. The house has barbecue facilities and a ping pong table.

Great location and holiday venue.

Great facilities for a casual family holiday. Some confusion about the provision of bedding and towels but with the help of the concierge we were able to find a solution. Loved the privacy and location.

Fantastic stay

We had a great time in France. The accommodation was great. We were there with two families with 5 kids in total. The swimming pool was amazing, the private entrance to the lake was like a dream. Our expectations were high, but they were all fulfilled by the accommodation and the surroundings. Awesome

La maison parfaite pour se retrouver en famille et entre amis entre lac et océan

Nous avons passé 3 jours fabuleux dans cette maison familiale très accueillante idéale avec des enfants en bas âge. La piscine est sécurisée. Pièce de vie convivial. La terrasse couverte permet de profiter de l’extérieur même en cas de pluie. Un terrain de tennis et le lac avec accès privé accessible à pieds. Le top!

Maison familiale où l’on ressent la volonté des propriétaires à l’améliorer et à la moderniser.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille (12), nous nous sommes vite sentis comme chez nous, la maison est très bien équipée et propre . Amélie a répondu rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Seul bémol, le Rez de jardin un peu plus froid en cette saison avec notamment le dortoir sans fenêtre. Mais cela n’ a pas empêché de passer ensemble de belles fêtes de Noël

Belle situation

La maison est située dans un lotissement au milieu de la pinède et à 100 mètres du lac et de sa plage privée, la plage de Biscarrosse se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture. La literie n'est pas optimum et certains équipements pourraient être changés (frigidaire), mais tout cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir...

Séjour familiale pour fête de fin d'année

villa parfaite pour ce retrouver en famille et au calme. Nous étions 12 personnes trois couples. Grands Parents, Enfants Parents, et 6 petits enfants. les petits enfants ont aimé la table de ping-pong au sous sol. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous n'avons pas pu saluer le Propriétaire qui n'était pas surplace, par contre la communication fut très facile et les réponses immédiates pour régler quelques petits détails. A notre arrivée la maison était bien chauffé et avons apprécié les soirées autour du feu de cheminée. Nous avons fait un excellent réveillons 2020.

Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Lage. Die Gartenanlage ist schöner, als es die Bilder vermuten lassen. In der oberen Etage befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, die Küche , das Bad mit Badewanne und 3 Schlafzimmer. In der unteren Etage, neben der Garage sind ein Schlafzimmer mit Fenster und ein Schlafzimmer ( 4 Betten ) ohne Fenster sowie ein Duschbad. Die Küche ist mit allen erforderlichen Gegenständen ausgestattet. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch im Wohnzimmer , als auch auf der Terrasse neben der Küche. Der See als auch der Atlantik sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Dieses Haus ist fast uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen, uns hat das Zimmer ohne Fenster nicht so gefallen, würden das Haus aber jederzeit wieder buchen.

Très bonnes vacances en famille

Située dans un écran de verdure, cette maison est idéale pour passer des vacances sportives et au calme. La plage du lac est à l'abri du vent et en plein soleil, ce qui est parfait pour les jours à météo "moyenne ". La maison est bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La propriétaire est une personne charmante et très disponible. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Wunderschöne und erholsame Destination

Grosszügiges Haus mit Umschwung, alles war vorhanden. Wir, meine Frau und unsere 3 Kinder ,haben einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Nähe zum See, ca. 200m und einer langen Treppe. Zum Meer sind es mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten. Wir würden wieder dorthin gehen.
