Sehr schönes und großzügiges Apartement in einer tollen Wohnanlage

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser sehr schönen und großzügigen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Ein großer Balkon gibt einen schönen Blick auf die Wohnanlage mit den beiden Pools frei. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten und ein kleiner familiärer Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und angenehm.

Never went. Nightmare owner to get refund!

Location is excellent so wanted to book here. Moved dates due to covid lockdown. All good but owner never moved the booking on his/VRBO calendar! This threw all payment dates out! We asked for full refund when we canx within 100% time of booking arrival. He claimed all he got from VRBO was €750. Raised with VRBO who adv to req his refund. He sent us £562 with bank charges. Where’s the rest?! VRBO now say he won’t speak to them for the rest! We canx within terms so should be due 100% refund. Be careful when you change dates due to covid as the owners get it wrong and VRBO customer care are useless!! Incidentally we are in another apartment here now and someone is in his apartment so he’s hardly out of pocket!!! Dodgy renter!! All caused by him 😡

Excellent séjour dans un bel appartement, très agréable. Grande terrasse qui donne sur le parc arboré. Les enfants ont alterné entre piscine dans la résidence et plage à proximité, ils étaient ravis !

Beautiful appartment in a beautiful location

We were welcomed by the owners in person, who were extremely friendly and showed us around the appartment. Fully equipped, real home from home. Beautifully decorated and linen and towels provided. Large balcony with outside furniture, lovely view over the pools. Such a nice complex of appartments kept immaculate, within ten minutes walk of the beautiful beach at La Baule. We would highly recommend this property and will hopefully be back.
