About this property

Baywatch Cottage is a charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home on Lake Norman. This warm and cozy cottage welcomes you to an open floor plan with rich wide plank wood flooring and a calming blue tall ceiling that centers over the lower level living section. This quaint area is calling you to grab a book out of the built-ins, open the doors to the patio and relax into your own little reading nook. If you are a fan of HGTV, you'll immediately notice the beautifully crafted butcher block countertops in the kitchen area.

This house offers separate bedrooms located on each side of the living room. On one side you will find the master bedroom, which has its own double vanity sink with the most elegant marble countertops and glass shower. On the other side of the cottage are two additional rooms! Both share a bathroom with the same marble countertops.

The cottage is located in a quiet cove with a lakeside deck that extends the full length of the home! If you call yourself a grill master, test out the propane grill and enjoy a beautiful sunset around the outdoor firepit or from your private dock. The layout of this house is perfect for a weekend getaway! Conveniently located to restaurants, golf courses, shopping and groceries and so much more!

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

The pontoon will be delivered to your private dock, we will walk you through all the safety and boat operational items and pick the boat up when your reservation is complete - super convenient!

Just what we wanted!

Our book club getaway was a fabulous success in this sweet cottage. We could see and smell how clean the house was when we checked in, and everything appeared just as it was in the listing. It is a very cute little house and was perfect for our needs for a girls' weekend. We were able to explore downtown Mooresville, local breweries and wineries and enjoyed a fire in the firepit. Having morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake was so relaxing. Some of the cookware was not as clean and had to be washed before using and the pans were not in the best shape, but other than that, it was a great experience. (One last tip- if you are a coffee drinker, you will need a cone-style filter for this coffee pot)

Nice property

The house is nice. There are 2 decent size rooms with an additional room suitable for children. Great place for 2 couples or a family with a couple kids. Would recommend the stay.

Perfect for us!

This home is very clean, modern and well kept. The swim dock made for a great place to fish, visit and float. There were a lot of nice touches such as the fire pit, lake towels and extra comfy blankets. We were able to have a few visitors during the day which there was plenty of room to accommodate. This is on a quiet finger of the lake. There are no lake toys so we had to bring our own floats and such.
