Step outside onto the large back deck, where you can soak in the beautiful views of the lake, enjoy a cup of coffee, or dine al fresco. Whether you're boating on the water, grilling on the deck, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, this vacation rental offers the perfect retreat for your next lakeside escape. Bring your boat or ask about special discounts on watercraft rentals from local marinas. The home will comfortably accommodate up to 6-8 guests.

Charlotte, NC is approximately 45 minutes south, where you will find world-class dining, theatre, museums, and everything the Queen City is known for! NASCAR fan? Come visit the NASCAR Museum or take a trip to the world-renowned Charlotte Motor Speedway. So much to see and do, or as little as you please! We hope you’ll join us for a stay at this peaceful oasis of nature, craftsmanship, and relaxation.

Full Bathroom 1, (Main Level): Located just off the Hallway with shower/tub combo and one sink

Full Bathroom 2, (Main Level): Ensuite Bathroom to the Primary Bedroom with shower (no tub) and one sink


OUTDOOR AMENITIES:

Main Level Deck: Overlooking Lake Norman with table and chairs

The Pier & Dock: Pier walks out to the Floating Dock


LOCATION:

The house is located in a quaint neighborhood in Denver, NC, and is a short drive 5–10 minute drive to everything you’ll need and the fun things your family will want to see while visiting Lake Norman, including fantastic restaurant options, grocery store, and shopping. It is approximately 30 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).


WHAT IS PROVIDED: For your convenience and comfort, we are happy to provide the following during your stay.

-Wireless Internet

-Keurig Coffee Pot (drip) and can use K-Cup pods

-Smart TV for seamless access to your personal Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts.

-Small Kitchen Appliances (including microwave, coffee maker, & toaster)

-Dishes, Pots/Pans, Cooking Utensils, Flatware, Kitchen Towels

-Bed Linens for all beds and pillows

-Bath Towels

-1 Roll of Toilet Paper for each Bathroom

-1 Roll of Paper Towels in the Kitchen

-Hand Soap

**Guests will need to bring beach towels, sunscreen, coffee, coffee filters, coffee pods when applicable, paper towels, toilet paper, personal hygiene products, garbage bags, and dishwashing detergent/pods.


CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT & GUEST POLICY:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM on the first day of your reserved dates.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the final day of your reserved dates.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book our vacation rentals, no exception.

No Smoking and No Pets are allowed.


CLEANING:

The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your stay. Guests will be responsible for cleaning and trash disposal during their stay. Please note that your rental agreement will include a cleaning fee for the cleaning following your check-out.
