This is a charming doublewide with paddlesport lake access just a short walk down the road. Located in Denver, NC in a private neighborhood. No thru-traffic- perfect if you’re looking for a quiet escape! Close enough to Charlotte, Mooresville and Huntersville, if you want to get out and explore!
This one-story manufactured home has:

🧑🧑🧒🧒 Sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 children
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
☑️Ceiling fans with remotes in every room
☑️Central heat and air conditioning
☑️50-55 ” SmartTVs in most room
☑️Coffee bar provided with all the essentials
☑️Pack-n-play and high chair available
OUTDOOR AMENITIES:

🌳Fenced in front and back yards

Please note: There is no dock access at this site; however we are located less than 10minutes from 3+ different lake access points with public launches for boats, jet skis, etc)

IMPORTANT:
🚫Absolutely no parties or events.
$2,500 fine for any events held at the property in excess of the number of guests booked. Hosting an event/party will result in immediate cancellation of your booking, without refund.
🚭No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors.
An ashtray is provided on the back deck for your convenience. Any smoking/vaping indoors or cigarette butts found discarded on the property will result in additional cleaning fee.
🐾We are dog-friendly, no cats.
Guests will be charged for any excessive messes/damages caused by their pets during their stay. Scooper and bags provided for you to clean up after your pet. County has a leash law. Do not leave your pet unattended at the property for any reason, indoors or outdoors.
Guest Access:
No guest access to locked closets marked “Owners Closet” (one off the kitchen, one at the end of the hallway, and one in the kids bedroom).
No guest access to the shed in the backyard.
After booking, Guest will need to provide Host with email address for eSignature of our Vacation Rental Agreement & Liability Waivers, which covers provided amenities including kayaks, hot tub, bunk bed and any pets (if applicable). This agreement is required by our insurance company and the State of North Carolina, under the NC Vacation Rental Act, and must be completed prior to check-in.
