Birthday celebration with adult children

Beautiful home with great amenities. 4 couples and each had their own full bath! The hot tub was a big plus! The setting was gorgeous - so nice to be right on the water! The host was very responsive to questions. Nice touches with a welcome basket, extra paper towel and toilet paper.Would love to come back when weather is warmer to utilize the khaki’s. Would highly recommend!!

Our trip was a golf/NCAA basketball trip. The house met our requirements with one exception...the TV's offered only streaming services making it problematic to watch the basketball on network (CBS) tv without a subscription to Paramount. Hard to believe a rental property would not have access to basic tv, especially when the property listing stated "cable channels" which was not accurate.

We want to go again!!

We were 5 friends gathering to attend an online conference as a group. We found the home exactly as represented in the ad. The hosts were very responsive and kind. Contact information was provided early and questions were answered quickly. Check in information was on time and super easy. We had plenty of room to spread out and the home was furnished with everything we needed. The host's notebook in the kitchen provided lots of helpful information and area recommendations. We have bookmarked this house as our "go to " when we meet again!

Fabulous Trip

Jack was the absolute best host I have experienced. He has attentive and responded quickly. The house was beautiful, clean and exactly what we needed, better than expected. Trip was for my brothers 40th birthday get away with our parents siblings and spouses. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. 10 out of 10 experience! View is gorgeous!

Great Location

This was the perfect spot for our trip. Comfortably slept our entire crew. The house is located in a quiet cove. There is a firepit and kayaks for use. The house was one of the cleanest i have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Family Vacation

We loved our week at the lake! We pivoted from the beach to the lake and had no regrets. The house is perfect for two families. Two family rooms were awesome - kids could play and watch what they wanted upstairs and adults could have the main area to hang out. The lake “cul-de-sac” was quiet and beautiful. It was easy to have a boat delivered to the dock, too. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Family stay

The property was great and located on a nice finger on the lake. House was in good shape, dock area was nice to sit out on. The deck off the family room was great for parents while kids played or close by to those cooking dinner. Master bed is big, other rooms also had plenty of room. Only cons were downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a closet and they just sprayed for bugs so there were some dead ones. Since it’s on the lake, there are a lot of bugs outside the house.

Perfect place for a girls weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and comfortable and exactly as pictured. We had 5 women in their 40's here looking for a quiet weekend together. We enjoyed coffee on the dock each morning and kayaking before breakfast. It was a great weekend overall!

Golf outing

Our stay was in regard to a semi-annual golf outing of Davidson College alums from the classes 1976-1978. The house easily accommodated our group of six. The house was as described in the VRBO listing. The host was very attentive, checking in frequently. Entry and exit processes were very smooth. We would definitely stay again if our outing returns to the Lake Norman area.

Great stay at Lake Norman

A group of friends along with children came from Pittsburgh to this Lake Norman house for a wedding. We had a long weekend at this home and had a fantastic time. The house was super clean with plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. The views of the lake were beautiful and we spent a few nights at the provided fire pit. We did paddle boarding in this cove which was a blast (highly recommend Aloha Paddle Lake Norman). Def a 5 star VRBO for Lake Norman. Looking forward to coming back.

Perfect Family Lake Getaway

This was the perfect place for our families to getaway for a weekend at the lake. The host was wonderful and very responsive. The home and property itself was just lovely and very clean. They truly thought of every detail. Also, fishing off of the dock was awesome, the kiddos had a blast! We would certainly come back and recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic Hideaway with Wonderful Views!

We absolutely loved our stay. This lake home was so well decorated and peaceful for our entire family. The hot tub and fire pit were a delight each night. Even on the day it rained we had a blast playing games at the kitchen table and enjoying the amazing view out of the giant wall of windows. We loved watching the beautiful lake, trees, birds and squirrels. We can’t wait to return for another relaxing weekend.

weekend getaway

house was great for our party of 5, roomy and enough bathrooms for 5 women! wanted to go to a different part of NC had not seen and location felt like foothills of the mountains with narrow roads and fall weather! we did not use all the property had to offer due to weather and time of year. would recommend to others especially in warmer weather.
