Biggest problems were accessibility for elderly guests. There was there is a set of steep, uneven steps leading to the front door. Not good for elderly guests. They can walk around them, but the distance is much farther. The dock also needs some mild repair and has no guardrails. The good: spacious, clean, and very nice lake side view. Convenient to a lot of things. Host was very responsive to questions and instructions were clear.

The major concern was the steps from the driveway down to the sidewalk - the last step was definitely NOT UP TO CODE! Extremely steep with rocks between step and concrete and NO RAILING. The mattress in the main floor bedroom was extremely hard and uncomfortable and there is no closet for hanging clothes. There was not a single cupboard in the kitchen left empty for food storage, every space, except for two drawers, had items in them. The oven/stove is outdated and missing buttons. This is a beautiful property and with some upgrades could be awesome!

Perfect Setting

The house is set in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood on a stunning part of the lake. The set up is perfect for 3 couples (each on bathroom). The listing was spot on and the house was just as pictured. The property managers were helpful and easy to get ahold of. The only thing that could be improved would be updating the mattresses and patio cushions for comfort.

Reunion

The location was great. The house was on the water in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were disappointed the pictures on VRBO did not match some items in the pictures. A few updates are needed.

Excellent Customer Service

The team that manages the property were top notch and the best customer service providers that I experienced at a lease property. My family leases a house for vacation several times a year in many different states and going forward I will use So Charm whenever available. Thank you Verbo and SoCharm for an amazing vacation experience.

It was a lovely property/house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was slightly disappointed in how flimsy the available barbecue tools were (spatula was about to fall apart). I would have brought my own if I had known.
