Practical apartment located in a quiet district of on West Berlin, close to the famous Kurfürstendamm and the famous KaDeWe. Perfectly connected to the rest of the city by the U-Bahn U 7 & U 9 of the Berlinerstrasse just 3 stops from Zoologischen Garten. The apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building. It has a bedroom, a living room, a large kitchen and a modern bathroom and has been completely renovated and furnished with vintage and design furniture. It also has a balcony for summer days! General information: The maximum number of tenants is 2. Check-in is from 16:00 to 21. Check-out by 12:00.
The final cleaning costs of € 35 must be paid in cash at check-in.

The Neighborhood
Please be aware that for your stay in Berlin there is the Berlin City tax of 5% to be paid cash at check-in.

House Rules
1-Please do not make noise from 22:00 to 08:00 every day of the week, you will live in an apartment in a building where people go to work every morning and are not on vacation; so please avoid noise during these hours as much as possible.
2-Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, please use the ashtray.
3-Pets not allowed.
4-All objects and furniture are part of the house, please leave them in place.
5-For any questions about the use of electronic devices or devices, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you. In case you have a problem contact us, we will try to solve it as soon as possible.
6-It is not allowed to welcome more guests than those booked.
7- It is strictly forbidden in Germany to download illegal files from the Internet, all downloads are individually registered and fined.
8 - Children under 12 years of age are not allowed.
9-In case of any question, particular request or repairs please contact us, we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. Although this apartment is your home temporarily, please take care of it, we live here several months of the year.
10 - We remind you that any damage to furniture, objects and parts of the apartment will be charged to the guest upon check out.

The apartment is on the first floor of a rational building. It has one bedroom, a living room, a large kitchen and a modern bathroom and has been completely refurbished. It also has a balcony for the summer days! General information: The maximum number of tenants are 2. Check-in is from 4.00 pm to 9. 00 PM, check-out before 12 pm. Facilities: bedding and towels are included, 2 rooms, 1 Double-Bed, 1 double sofa-bed, a Coffee machine, a Refrigerator, a Microwave, a Washing machine, a TV and WiFi internet. We are looking forward meeting you.
The cleaning fee of € 35 has to be paid cash at check-in.
Late check-in fee after 9:00 pm € 25.
